We feel like the owner of this company is extremely unethical.I have been trying to stay away from this conversation in hopes that you could get the condo sold and we could simply move on and away from Eagle Point. However your lack of response to this simple request has left me no option.The sale of this property to **** at the price it was sold and the fact that she was encouraged to forgo an inspection on a property of this age is point number one.She decided to sell through you in hopes that you would show the same zeal that you showed when you recommended she offer the price she did. We chose to contact ******* to have it listed and before we know it we are dealing with you not ******* which was our choice. I get it she works for you however we chose her not you the fact that she works for your agency was of little concern when ************ choice.The original listing price was that which was recommended by your agency then it was dropped twice after you stating it was priced to high. Not to mention we already had an offer from one your clients who backed out after we had accepted that offer.We then lowered the price at your suggestion, since then the property has been viewed very infrequently by agents not associated with your agency even though you supposedly have this list of potential buyers.Then you come to us with this low ball offer from the same people that offered the original asking price and backed out. This offer gave me pause since it was the asking price of the property when you suggested that **** buy this property at $238,000 which was $13,000 above the asking price. As it is now we are going to take a big loss since we will have to pay a commission once this condo sells.Ultimately it is time for us to part company so I can get this property unloaded. I need your answer by the close of business today.Thank you Ultimately all we are asking is to have the current contract terminated without penalty or future claim.
