I was in an auto accident in March 2022, it was the other drivers fault so I filed a claim with their insurance company, Safeco, and they sent me to autoplex collision center as a body shop in their network. I asked when repairs would be finished and they estimated 7 days. A week later I called again to check in on the vehicle and they told me that the repair was going to be a 20 day repair as there was more damage than they had initially seen. Every time I called they told me different stories about how it would take longer and longer. They kept me waiting until september 1st until they told me repairs were finished. I picked up the car and noticed it was making some noise as I drove so I made an appointment at ****** to have it inspected on September 2. ****** showed that my axel was broken, the ****** pins are missing and the ac condenser was leaking all on the side of the vehicle where it was damaged in the crash. I brought my vehicle back to them since they guaranteed their craftsmanship and they estimated they would have it done by Friday the 9th. I called them Friday morning to check in and they asked to call me back as their technician was not in. I agreed. When no one had called me by 1 I called them again and spoke to *****. She told me that she had not gotten a chance to put it on the lift or order parts. I am at my wits end, nothing has been done to fix my vehicle.
