My name is *************************. I was writing today to talk about the unfair practices of Jablys Property Management. They are a company owned by *********************************. They are located at *****************************. I have been renting from them for almost 2 years now.My problem started with them earlier this year m. I lived in an apartment they managed, my lease was coming up to expire, and I wanted to move. I found a property where I reside currently. It was not finished I was told it would be in a few weeks. That few weeks turned into months. We finally get to move and nothing really is done. My utilities are already switched over at this point so I have no choice.Upon moving into the property I notice they did not clean it out. The previous tenants belongings were still in the garage. They had to send someone out at least a month later to take everything out. Still to this day now the previous tenants belongings are in the front bathroom which was never cleaned. I ended up cleaning the mirrors and toilet myself to use, as I was working from home at that time. The kitchen was not cleaned at all. There were dead bugs everywhere, rodent droppings, tripping hazards. A lot of things had not been addressed that were supposed to. They sent a maintenance guy out. He took a video of the whole house. They were supposed to paint the house due to it being multiple colors. My boyfriend stated to the maintenance man to tell the property management that he would paint the house for them if they paid him or took money off the rent. As long as they supplied the paint. They agreed to that at first. When it came time for payment or discounts off rent they act like nothing was discussed. So he stopped painting and only half the house was done. This same guy would also come over just for a few hours. Never finished anything completely. I worked from home then and was home most of the day and night alone. He would always try to come by when my boyfriend was leaving
