    On November 4th we paid rent in the amount of ******, we were unaware that automatic payments were set up. We were charged a ***** *** fee and a ***** late fee. We were told the whole month of December that the ***** late fee would be removed. On December 4th we paid rent in the amount of ****** to cover the *** fee. At the time we were told the ***** late fee would be removed once paid. It was not removed and another ***** late fee was applied. The *** fee was definitely a mistake made on our behalf although we were never late and multiple people in company said this fee would be removed.

    On September 5th, my sister and I moved in a property rented by ******************. They never advised of a sewage problem. Not long after we moved in, we were having sewage problems. We advised them of the situation. They sent someone out and said the city needs to fix it. **** came out and advised owner need to fix it. Last we heard from golden key is September 27 when they said someone will be here to fix it. Since then, we filed a complaint with the our local health department. They still havent heard from them. I have physical ill sister. Not to mention, you can smell the sewage through the vents! Its literally f**** on the basement floor (been like since we moved in). So were inhaling fumes from f**** thats on our basement floor! I work in the basement and constantly have to smell the nasty odor!
