    Car was towed from apartment complex which on file I have a vehicle here. Called after work and the amount was 243 and 37 for each day. Got it the next day a the receptionist said 318 and said I was sitting for 2 days, the car was picked up 09/3 and I got it 09/4. On website payments list cash, **********, ***** business check, but on the phone and multiple signs inside that say cash only

    This gentle man was illegally parked. i told him our system was glitching and not allow us to release or take payments until i got it fixed. he was charged the standard tow fee for our county, no storage was ever charged as you see it was 0. He was parked in a no parking zone, complex had it removed. He was charged the right amount and not $318. Like i had explained to him when he came in our system was glitching and showing it had been there longer than it really had and wouldnt allow payments. We use a third party vendor that handles our software and payment system. for three days we were cash only, not just for him but for everyone we did business for for 72 hours. i attached a copy of the invoice showing what he paid, when he paid, and how much after our system let us update everything. We also have cameras in our office where i explain a second time while standing here our system is glitching and its showing you owe more and wont let me change anything. i also sent him a receipt once they got the system fixed.

    i was in an accident on monday dec2 absolute towing showed up to tow my car after the fire **** had already shown up to clean up the mess. absolute charged me ******* for storage and cleaning up the mess which thfd had already done. i reported them to the mayors office and the news. the front desk clerk was repeatly very rude as well. never go there.

    Hello, im the office manager, this woman was never spoke to rudely, there was a glitch in the system and we refunded her the very next day in the amount of $1,400.00. i attached a copy of the check that she filled out her name and we took a picture for proof, we also have the confirmation from the bank showing it was deposited into her bank account. She came in asking for a reciept, we sent her one, she went to the bank and had her grandma come back and pay the bill. She then called three times for a receipt and we had given it to her grandma and we towed it to a body shop for FREE before we even refunded her any money.
