- Additional Info:In January 2002, the company began a program called "Operation Round-up" in which consumer's electric bills are rounded up to the next nearest dollar. The extra funds collected are deposited in a trust fund that is then used for charitable purposes. Your participation in Operation Round Up is voluntary, however if you choose not to participate you do need to let the company know by returning the Operation Round Up card included in the February and March 2002 bill or call the company directly.
