      **** got back to me quickly this morning after I reached out yesterday evening. She was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, making the whole experience positive. The response time was great, and I feel the price for the ejector pump replacement is fair.

      excel plumbing hired to replace sump. they would not come utntil credit info was provided.
      arrived 4/4 with new pump. they were offered check for payment post install. declined due to having credit info. 4/5 at 4:45 PM call received stating card was no good. I checked card. was informed that excel put thru 2 payment requests. 1st request was processed. contact made 4/7 with Chase
      both payments are in process of being paid
      why did I have to endrure the wrath of excel when both payments are being made by credit card company
