I did this test to show, I didn't have sleep apnea to NP (Nurse Practitioner).I got a link to fill out form and I had a HSA card for $275 cost. I had to call to give *** card because card wouldn't work on website. I called, and got a call back. When I received equipment, at night I found that tubing on face and nose was very uncomfortable. I was constantly having to adjust at nose and be careful of my hands not collapsing tube. I already have a history of not getting to sleep and this made sleeping worse. After 3 nights, I returned equipment. Test results were not sent directly to me. But, I got a text saying **************** had received my order. What!? No way! I contacted my NP and they finally said the results were in... moderate - sleep apnea. I had to ask NP for my results nothing sent from **** directly. Diagnosis - CPAP equipment to be for lifetime with recurring delivery of supplies. I told my NP that I will not accept equipment or diagnosis. I have since changed healthcare providers. And will never use SNAP again. *** US Government sued for ******** fraud. **** ****** MD (electronic sign) listed on test results and order for CPAP equipment and supplies. I think ************ Healthcare are connected, making money on misdiagnosis. ******

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We are sorry to hear that your home sleep apnea test didnt meet your expectations and that you are dissatisfied with the process. We want to address the serious concerns you raised and clarify the standard procedures for home sleep apnea testing. As a diagnostic service, our responsibility is to provide the comprehensive test report and interpretation directly to the ordering healthcare provider (your Nurse Practitioner in this case), who then discusses the results and diagnosis with you. This is the standard procedure and is detailed on our website. We do, however, offer an option for patients to request a copy of the results directly from us, which can be done through the link provided on our site: *******************************************************************. It is important to understand that the diagnosis of moderate sleep apnea and the subsequent order for CPAP therapy were made by your own medical provider (the Nurse Practitioner) based on the comprehensive data provided in our test report. Snap Diagnostics does not diagnose patients or order treatment. Furthermore, we do not send orders to **************** or any other treatment provider. Orders for PAP therapy equipment are placed by the ordering medical provider at their discretion, once they have reviewed the results and determined a treatment plan. Any connection you perceive is strictly between your medical providers decision to order treatment and their preferred medical equipment supplier. Regarding the interpreting physician- Dr. ******* like all interpreting physicians on our team, is responsible for reviewing the test data and providing a professional interpretation of the report. Dr. ****** did not and cannot order treatment for any patient referred by another provider. Her signature on the report simply confirms that she has reviewed and interpreted the test data. Finally, we understand that it can take time to adjust to wearing a nasal cannula, and we regret that the one you received caused discomfort. We are committed to patient comfort during the test, and the equipment can often be tailored and adjusted to find a comfortable fit. We would be happy to discuss this with you, as we now offer two different types of nasal cannulas, so if one doesnt fit well, we can often send the alternative. We wish you the best in finding a healthcare provider and treatment plan that you are comfortable with.

I can't testify to anything other than their lack of customer service and their shady financial policy. They never answer the phone. Never. After being on hold for 20 minutes you are sent to an answering service and have to leave a message...which doesn't get returned. That was annoying, but it's their shady financial policy that stopped me. I have confirmed with my insurance that I have zero out of pocket expenses for this test, but they want $275 (it got dropped to $220 after multiple phone calls) upfront, plus a card on file in case the equipment isn't returned. I understand a card on file, these things are expensive. The upfront money is unacceptable for a test I have zero out of pocket expenses for. **** has confirmed this with me in writing. And they can't tell me what the charges are for since everything is covered under my policy. I was told they would send my claim for review and ****** would call me back. It too over a week, only to be told the same thing AGAIN. But now it's $220 and there's a payment plan...for something I don't owe. And still no explanation what exactly I am being charged for. **** stated to me that anything I paid to Snap Diagnostics would be Snap's responsibility to refund me. I think its very strange that I have told 4 people at Snap that it is all covered by insurance, not a single word was said about overpayment refunds. I do not understand how any of this is acceptable.

We are very sorry to hear about the frustrating experience you had with our service. The difficulty you described in reaching us by phone is unacceptable, and we sincerely apologize for that major breakdown in our service. We are actively reviewing our call center logs and follow-up protocols to understand where the process failed and to take immediate corrective action with our team. We understand your concern regarding the quote you received and your $0 out-of-pocket (OOP) coverage confirmed by your insurance. We regret that our process was not clearly communicated. We want to be very clear: We do not require payment upfront to send out equipment. The amount you were quoted (the $220 estimate) is a cost estimate provided as part of our standard process, not a final bill nor a demand for payment. This estimate is given before we receive the final Explanation of Benefits (EOB) from your insurance and is intended to protect you from unexpected bills if coverage is later denied. The card on file is typically charged only after testing and insurance billing are completed. If you have any further questions, or would like to speak with a manager, please email us at ***********************************

My doctor suggested a sleep study to rule out sleep apnea. Snap Diagnostics sent me a link but it won't open on my phone. So I called twice...the first time on hold for 13 minutes before I gave up. Right now is the second time and it is the same deal. The pre-recorded message keeps telling me how important my call is to them, but apparently it isn't. I am a customer. Why do they think it is OK to make potential customers wait on hold interminably in order for us to send them money for their product. Real world doesn't work that way. Just hung up.Hire some real people for your customer service.

Thank you for your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the extended hold times and the frustration you experienced, and were actively working to address our phone system capacity and staffing. We understand youre eager to move forward. For context, our records show we have been trying to reach you to complete the required registration steps. We limit our outreach attempts to avoid patient harassment and be respectful of your time and privacy. Our call history includes August 25, September 11, September 12, and finally September 25, 2025. Additionally, we have no record of an inbound call from the phone number associated with your file. Its possible you may have called from a different phone, which would explain the lack of a call log.We want to resolve this for you immediately and get your sleep study completed. Please email us at ********************************** with the best phone number and a time that works for you. A dedicated specialist will call you directly, bypassing the main queue, to ensure a smooth and quick process. We appreciate the chance to make this right, and look forward to your email.

I had to do a sleep study and found the people at Snap Diagnostics to be most helpful. I was quite ill prior to doing the study and didnt review any messages on my phone for about a week. During that time they tried numerous times and ways to get ahold of me. When I was finally able to return their call, the woman I spoke with was very gracious! After receiving the kit, I had to ask for an extension which they were very generous about the number of days I could have before sending it back, which is important since a $500 may be assessed if it is not returned. Also, I had several questions when I actually did the test. ******* from Snap Support answered all of my questions and was very encouraging! We emailed several times and her responses were immediate and complete. I had a very good experience!

Yet another victim of the 'quoted $275 out of pocket but then they submit a claim for $1100 scam`. And no this isnt some difference about what insurance does or does not pay. The paperwork explicitly said 'this is the amount and you may be responsible for some or all of it'. But then turn around after you send the test back and submit a claim for more than 4x what they said even the original 'full' amount is. And I didn't even order the test myself. It as done through my IN-NETWORK provider. If only I looked into them before letting my doctor order a test as I would have found out this bait and switch billing was common practice. Also a word of warning to others: despite their wording on their site about working with insurance and submitting claims, etc. they do not appear to actually be in network with any company which is likely a factor on how and why they keep doing this racket.

Thank you for reaching out and sharing your concerns. We know that medical bills and insurance can be confusing, and we want to help you understand what you received. The document you are referring to, the Explanation of Benefits (EOB), is a statement from your insurance company- it is not a bill from our office. The *** shows the full cost that we are required to bill to your insurance. This is an overview of the services you received and how your insurance processed the claim. The final amount you owe is determined after the claim has been processed. As a standard practice, during your registration we provided you with a clear out-of-pocket cost estimate of $275 based on your insurance. This is the amount you are financially responsible for. Given your high deductible and coinsurance, this is a standard charge, and we do not believe you could have gotten a lower out-of-pocket cost elsewhere. We would be happy to provide a full explanation of your charges. Our manager has reached out to you to review your claim and answer any questions.

Snap sent out a at home sleep study kit, it was delivered promptly, they notified me along the process, however I had a delay in picking up the package, which took me past the scheduled return date. I contacted them, they extended it without any issue. They were so helpful and transparent about the process. They responded quickly to any questions or follow up. Thank you for making this such a great experience, your customer service is outstanding!

I am a physician who has had sleep apnea for several years. I needed a sleep study as my oral appliance which had controlled it well for several years is no longer sufficient, and I need CPAP now. When I contacted SNAP support they were very responsive with a technical question about using the device. And after the 3 nights study, they sent me the detailed results, via my ******************* But I contacted support again to request the report from more than one night's study, as I needed to see the results with and without my use of the oral appliance. They are sending that directly to me as well as to my *** The one thing I did not see in their initial explanation paperwork is that it is their routine to only send the results from the WORST night recorded. I would not have had to additionally request the data from another night if this had been clear initially, as I would have better communicated this with them. But everyone I interacted with at SNAP was very professional and courteous, on the phone and by email.

This business has terrible customer service. I did their sleep study. The gave me no results, nothing written. They told me I had sleep apnea and needed to see a physician. Then sent me a shady bill for $255. This bill has no explanation if care or even results. For nearly nothing. I feel like Im being robbed. I feel like the No Surprises Act protects Americans from corporate bullied like this. I have nothing but regrets from dealing with this company. I called their company to speak with someone about my bill and when I pushed two to speak with someone, they hung up on me. Cowards!

Snap diagnostic is a scam. Stay away. I was told the test would cost no more than $275 and was billed for 1100 dollars. They have done this to several other people. Its a scam and they are getting by with it. Speak with your attorneys people so they can be held liable.

It is important to clarify that you have not received a bill from Snap Diagnostics. The Explanation of Benefits (EOB) you received is a statement from your insurance company, not a bill. It simply explains how your services were initially processed. EOB statements can be confusing, as they often show the cost of services before insurance adjustments and any contracted rates are applied. This can lead to a misunderstanding that the larger amount is what you owe. We understand your concern, and want to reassure you that your patient responsibility remains $275, just as we quoted you during registration. We are committed to transparent pricing and ensuring you only pay the amount you were quoted. We would appreciate the opportunity to speak with you directly to answer any questions you may have. Our manager has attempted to reach you. Please call her directly or contact our billing team at ************** at your earliest convenience.
