    This business has terrible customer service. I did their sleep study. The gave me no results, nothing written. They told me I had sleep apnea and needed to see a physician. Then sent me a shady bill for $255. This bill has no explanation if care or even results. For nearly nothing. I feel like Im being robbed. I feel like the No Surprises Act protects Americans from corporate bullied like this. I have nothing but regrets from dealing with this company. I called their company to speak with someone about my bill and when I pushed two to speak with someone, they hung up on me. Cowards!

    Snap diagnostic is a scam. Stay away. I was told the test would cost no more than $275 and was billed for 1100 dollars. They have done this to several other people. Its a scam and they are getting by with it. Speak with your attorneys people so they can be held liable.

This can lead to a misunderstanding that the larger amount is what you owe. We understand your concern, and want to reassure you that your patient responsibility remains $275, just as we quoted you during registration.     The snap personnel have been extremely helpful, patient, and caring.I was able to text a representative with every question I had and got an immediate response. I even received an instructional video by text that helped greatly.

    I opted NOT to use this company because from the start their billing process seemed very shady. They sent a link through text requesting me to pay $275 in case my insurance did not cover it.. the no insurance self pay option was also $275. So that would stand to reason the test cost is $275. I called the Snap diagnostics and asked why they were charging me up front instead of submitting this to my insurance and then letting me know what my portion was. So they then said they would do that. 2 days later they call and say that my portion is $217. I have really good insurance so it sounded off. When I questioned why it was still so much I was told they submitted it for over $1000 to my insurance!! So now they would be getting over $700 from my insurance and still wanting $217 from me for a test that cost $275. FRAUDS and CROOKS!!

The link you received by text connected you with our online registration. Our records show that you started filling out the online form, but did not complete it due to your concerns about the estimated out-of-pocket cost of $275. You then connected with our support staff. Our staff explained that we provide a general estimate of $275 based on your insurance carrier, and that the amount would not be billed until after the test has been completed and the claim processed by your insurance. In addition, we offered to complete a benefit inquiry with your insurance to provide you with a more precise cost estimate up front. The benefit inquiry determined that your financial responsibility would be $217, less than the initial estimate. We called to inform you of this updated estimate. Regarding our self pay costs, for patients who do not have access to insurance, we do our best to offer rates and payment plan options that are affordable. The self-pay cost to patients is typically higher than the cost to patients with insurance coverage. With insurance, the amount that you are responsible for is determined by your plans coverage, coinsurance and your remaining deductible. By law, we are required to bill all insurance companies the same amount. We are available to review your benefits.     I am having the exact same problem! They quoted me $275 and now i got an explanation of benefits saying i'm responsible for $1100! This is clearly a company trying to scam the insurance companies and the patients!

    I received my sleep study test(equipment) in the mail and mailed it back in, as instructed. That was on 11/12/24. I called prior to mailing in as the shipping label to return was not to be found only an envelope with paper work to fill out. It did say no postage necessary. I was instructed to tape the envelope to the front of the package and mail back. I did as instructed and now they are telling me they can't find my package. I have opened a case with the local post office where it was mailed and they assured me it was mailed but since there was no tracking number they can't track it. I have called SNAP several times to try and have them locate the package and have been told several times that they would have a equipment manger call me back. No one has called me back since my first call. I have made 3 so far looking for my equipment and test. I will not be using them and would not recommend. I will have to find another company or place to take my test and I will advise my *** of my experience to see if he wants to continue to partner with ****.

    Thank you very much for testing with Snap, and for sharing your concerns. Indeed, your package was delayed in the mail and initially did not appear in tracking. We were able to locate the package in early December and received it at our lab on December 10, 2024. Analysis was completed and the results were sent to your doctor on December 12, 2024. A member of our support team reached out to you to inform you that your results are ready. After receiving your review, we opened an internal investigation to look into your concerns about our communication. We found that somehow, our packaging team sent you a test kit packaged for a doctors office instead of for a patient. The kit you received was not fully prepared for use. In addition, it was missing the patient return instructions. As this is the first time this mistake has happened, our support team representatives didnt identify it or know how to respond appropriately. We owe you an apology, as well as gratitude for alerting us to it. We will take additional steps to prevent this mistake from happening, but will also train our team on how to handle the mistake if it does happen again. Again, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience that our mistake caused. We are glad that you were able to complete your test nevertheless. As a gesture of courtesy, we have applied a discount to your account. Our manager will contact you with the details.

    I would not use this company if they paid me! Did my test a month ago, even though they promised to have it back by today I went to the doctor for nothing. ** was sorry but could not do anything without the results. Said he can't make them send it.

    After you shared your review, our support manager reached out to you and spoke with your wife. We believe that our manager was able to resolve your concerns. In summary, we received a test order from your physician on September 10th and attempted to reach you several times by phone as well as by text message. On September 17th, we were able to connect with your wife and she informed us that you were on vacation. She requested to delay your test until your return. Per request, your test kit was shipped to you on September 26th. Our lab received your completed test on October 15th. Your results took 9 days to process and release, which is longer than our typical turnaround time. Each test is analyzed manually by a sleep technician, reviewed for quality, and interpreted by a board certified sleep physician. In addition, we often complete insurance verification and prior authorization with insurance. These steps are essential for quality and coverage, yet they may at times delay the results by a few days. We apologize for the inconvenience you experienced when you arrived at your appointment and your test was not ready. Unfortunately, our lab was not informed of an appointment date and did not receive a status request ahead of your appointment. When results are needed by a certain date we do our best to accommodate, although we generally cannot guarantee a specific turnaround time.Again, we apologize for the inconvenience and hope that you are overall satisfied with the service you received.     I was charged $275 because my insurance said it would only pay x amount because Snap sent them a price that was $1007.00 more they my insurance was willing to pay. So I had to pay what they quoted me. So they say it cost almost $1100 just for to use the machine knowing the insurance companies will not pay that much so they quote you a certain amount and you not knowing what they will charge, you agree to it. IT IS A SCAM!

    This was the perfect solution for me since I didn't want to have a hospital overnight. Very professional from the start of the paperwork, shipping the machine, through directions to use the machine and send back. I had contact with ******* in customer service to check on the results. She was professional, replied quickly and personable. I glad I did the at home study. Now just waiting to see how insurance pays. So far though pleased.
