    I would like to report ********************************** from M&M Accounting for professional misconduct. I contacted him at the end of January and he indicated he was able to do our personal and business taxes. We dropped off our documents on Saturday, February 11th. I can provide emails with our conversations as needed, I couldn't figure out how to attach them here. For the following three months, I called him weekly and he reassured me that he would do our taxes that week. He promised us they wouldnt be late. When the deadlines came and went, he finally admitted that he had too much business this year. When we asked him who would pay the penalties he said he would write a letter to have them waived. He also told us he would charge us $300 for his services and when we went to pick up our documents his bill was more than twice that high. As you can see, we have no reason to trust him after he blew us off and lied to us for three months. He is the reason why our taxes our late. We always filed our taxes not just on time but early for the ***** years we have been filing taxes. At this point it is clear that we will have to pay the penalty we received from the *** for filing our taxes late by the deadline of June 26th, as the solution he offers will take several months longer. He should've filed an extension and it is likely too late to fix the issue. We would like to be reimbursed for any penalties we pay secondary to him filing our taxes late.
