I called American lock and key and spoke to *******. I was locked out of my house. He told me he could be there by 10-10:30 and wasnt there until nearly 1. He drilled into my lock to get door opened. Charged me ****** and didnt have a lock so left me with a hole in my door. He said he was going to order parts and install the lock fit me on Monday or Tuesday. Its Tuesday now and I tryed calling him this morning. Mailbox was full so I couldnt leave a message. Text him twice and no response. Said it would be another couple hundred for lock and installation. After no response and feeling like he took advantage of me with what he charged I called a friend to help me with the door lock. I also never received an invoice and paid in cash. American lock and key should be more respectful of clients time, respond to messages. I feel this company is poorly run.Initial Complaint

I sent my lock to them in June for repairs. I spoke to a *******************************. I haven**;t received my lock or confirmation of the repairs yet. He said to give me till this Friday(8/20/2021), but he hasn**;t sent gotten back to me or repaired the lock.
