We purchased a new door and screen door from this company, We were assured by the salesman , *****, that they stand behind their product 100%, that if we had any problems that they do not subcontract their labor / Installers, When the doors were installed we were very happy, but after a couple of weeks my wife noticed that the screen door was not closing on its own , you had to pull the door to close it, this was due to a piece on the bottom of the door being 1/4" too long, we called the company and it took them several months to fix, then we noticed other things were wrong with the screen door, gap at the top of the door where air and insects are entering. After several calls to the company, they finally agreed to come out and look at the door, after arguing with the manager *****, who could not be any more disrespectful to me on the phone. She finally came out and reviewed the problems and told my wife she see's all the problems, that was in March of this year, After calling and E-mailing them and getting ignored for 4 months i went in and tried to talk to them and ask them why they were ignoring and started to screen my calls, they had no answer, After getting no where with the manager, all i got were excuses and lies form her, and at the end, she just told me we damaged the door and that the gap is because my house it not Square ? This is the worse that i have been treated by a company, i have asked to talk to the owner, but it seems they wont let me. I would think an owner of a company would never let their employees treat anyone this bad. End result is they are doing nothing, So all i got was empty promises and i guess WARRANTY means nothing to this Company. I would give them No Stars at All.
