    At first, the place seems welcoming and knowledgeable but look a little longer and you'll see the unprofessionalism that is ***** ******. ***** thing being, there is almost never a manager to speak to if you're there because she may come in once a month if you're lucky. The employees are left to improvise with schedules and add dogs last minute or have to refuse certain ones that they aren't sure if they'll have time for. They are provided no guidance on how to handle these situations, so as a customer I feel bad watching them scramble around. It's clear whoever is in charge isn't there as one of them grab the phone and walking into a back room looking exhausted. You're told a time estimate, and given a 30 mins heads up, yet you get there and your dog's head is still wet. The girl who "groomed" your dog doesn't look a day over 18, even though it was just a trim. I hear dogs yelling in the back, then I hear, SHUT UP! Really loud. It kind of made me laugh, I know the dogs ok in the back, just protesting. For how expensive they are I expected the shop to be higher level /premium, and I feel like I got "it looks good". For what I paid I expected my dog to come out looking like a super model. But yeah.
