    Purchased vehicle in disrepair with numerous undisclosed issues. After weeks of unfulfilled promises the deal was unwound and the vehicle returned on 4/14. I was told 2 days for the loan to be canceled. Day 14 and the **** says nobody has contacted them and loan still in full effect and payment is coming due. Dealership is unresponsive and unwilling to help. The bank blames the dealer.

    I was shopping for a used car online and found one this business was selling. I also found a nearly identical car that had a cheaper sticker price at another dealership but after talking to both dealerships got a lower out the door price from Ogden because I was told I wouldnt be charged sales tax by them because I was out of state. I paid for the car and had it shipped to me. Ten days after it was picked up I was that I actually did owe taxes on the car and had to send them $2078.30 more or they would not mail me the title for the car. I feel it was unacceptable that they sold me the car and then demand more money. The other car I was looking at would have been a much better deal if they had quoted me an accurate price. Additionally despite them saying the car was pristine, the alignment was out, the tires were worn, and the battery system was faulty. They agreed to covering the cost of alignment but failed to ever reimburse me.

    Regardless whether or not we said we wouldn't charge sales tax, the tax would be due when the customer registered the vehicle in HI.  We don't do much business in HI and therefore weren't familiar with whether or not we need to collect tax or not.  Every state is different; some have reciprocity with IL and others don't.  If the customer is claiming he/she is tax exempt, please forward the necessary documentation and we will begin the refund processing procedure with the state of HI.  The tires had normal wear on them for the mileage and drove straight when it was here.  The battery system is covered by the factory warranty and the vehicle was in perfect working order when it left our dealership.  Possibly the long shipping process had an effect on it?

    One of the tires was bald on the outside 1/2 inch edge when it arrived (see attached photo) and the alignment of that axle was off (the local **** dealership can confirm this). Please compensate me for the alignment and the tire and we can put all this to rest.

    We just bought a vehicle there about 1 week ago. When we went there we were interested in buying the vehicle. But had some errors and fixes to be made before buying the vehicle. They Promised to change the Wiper Blades, Check all Fluids and Especially go through inspection. After 1 week driving the vehicle the battery died the car would not turn on. We took it back to the dealership and they said and promised to check it and they said it was a really good battery. Than we went to AutoZone they said the battery was bad and need to change. Then we had to take the vehicle to another dealership to change the battery as it failed and spend another $500. The Lincoln dealership lies about their vehicles and promises things like they take care of things but they never do, they do not care about their customers and lies to much on not fixing anything. I want to make a huge complaint and I already contacted the Lincolns car headquarters.

    This dealership sold me a car with a branded title claiming it was for a knock sound that was fixed. Never informed me that I could not resell it. Then 8 months of run around on body work that was promised on day one, yet nothing except excuses. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! **** is the sales man and *********************** is his shady, dishonest Business Manager.

    I purchased a2009 Cadillac Dts on12/17/22 Ogden Lincoln of Westmont.For $11,000. Drove home next day oil on ground take to ******************* company:2030 ******************.they couldnt see leak for oil.On 12/26/22 take to CarX .was told it needs 1. Values cover gaskets 2.timing cover gaskets 3.lower block and oil pan gaskets 4.coolant tank and cap. Other problems Rack and pinion, lower ball joints,outer tie rods,intake manifold gaskets Pass front upper motor mount.
