    I ordered a plane ticket off their website for ****** I called their office next day and it was told to me I did not have a ticket because prices were higher now

    Hi Team,

    We apologize for the inconvenience experienced by *************************** dir="auto">But we would like to explain that customer purchased a plane ticket on our website for $844.00. However, due to the dynamic nature of airline pricing, the fare increased shortly after the purchase. Our system did not capture the price change in real-time, resulting in the discrepancy.
    However we offered a alternative solution we were providing lower fare and also adding our company money to provide him tickets which was available on southwest airline website in $302 Per passenger we asked him to pay only $226 per passenger rest we were paying from our pocket but he denied .
    There was no charge on his card and all the financial information were removed .
    Unfortunately, we were unable to come to a mutually agreeable solution.
    We're committed to enhancing our pricing systems and customer communication to prevent similar issues in the future.
    We've attempted to resolve this matter with Mr **** by providing lower fare and are willing to continue discussions. Please let us know how we can further assist.
