This business is NOT BBB accredited, so ask yourself why.Super suspicious. This company is 100% hiding pertinent information about the damaged cars they sell. They are hiding mileage numbers, and they are hiding running/damage information. its "company policy" and they will refuse to explain anything, just repeat boilerplate like robots.Smells REMOVEDthe past iaai may have been more honest than copart, but i treat them the same now. Be warned

Thank you for your feedback. All vehicles sold through IAA are publicly listed on our website for buyer review prior to bidding. Buyers are encouraged to conduct due diligence, including attending sale preview to inspect vehicles in person, typically available the day prior to auction. Additionally, IAA offers the option to hire third-party inspections directly through the vehicles stock page.Vehicles are sold as-is, where-is, and details such as mileage, condition, and damage are disclosed based on the information available at the time of listing. Buyers agree to these terms during registration. We encourage all buyers to review listings, inspection options, and auction rules before placing a bid.Thank you

Iaai no longer operates as a legitimate auction. Winning a vehicle only to have the sale immediately declined and transferred to Buy Now undermines the entire purpose of an auction process. This happens all the time. At this point, it functions no differently than a conventional car dealership especially in the case of Progressive. The situation has become quite frustrating. A total joke.

Thank you for your response. Were sorry to hear that there was a vehicle you were interested in at one of our auctions that you were not awarded. To provide some clarity on the process: the vehicle owner sets the reserve amount, which represents the minimum compensation they are seeking for the sale. At any time, if the reserve price is not met, the owner has the option to cancel the sale or list the vehicle as a Buy Now item. These decisions are made solely by the seller and are not controlled by IAA.Please let me know if you have any additional questions.

Ive been using Iaa for 10 years and should of learned my REMOVEDby now. I purchased a car today and THEY made it so i cannot pay for it. Ive used IPay for 10 yrs, now all the sudden its been suspended and i need to have a letter from my bank, ok, so i try a credit card which i had to add to my account. REMOVEDcharhed the card twice but yet i still cant usr the card to pay for it. Just spent over an hout to get nowhere. Between the fees that have gotten out of control, and terrible customer service im done with REMOVED. Ive went to the branch myself to look at a car, but when they delivered it afyer i bought it the convertors were cut off and battery was missing, both were there when i saw it AT THE BRANCH, they refused to do anything, i bought a car that showed up with no keys, bit was one pictured on the auction, did nothing again, i bought a car with a "clear" title that i couldnt even title because the title was "junk" in the system because it came from a junkyard, spent months trying to have them fix it, never did, ended up scrapping it, they did nothing, i had a car the loader driver smashed the drivers side in on accident, they did nothing again, i bought a motorcycle and the seat, windshield, exhaust and battery were all missing when i DROVE TO THE BRANCH to get it, yep, they did nothing again. REMOVEDbought cars that were listed as run and drive, but when i got them the engine knocked like crazy, no way they didnt notice that, and yet oddly enough they didnt take a video of ot running???? Yea.....go figure.Ive got 10 yrs of bad experiences with them. REMOVEDservices is a complete joke, just a waste of time......everytime!!! I should of quit buying when they staryed charging you to pay for your cars, thats right, theres fees just to pay your bill. They always come up with another reason for another fee. Your cars price will double by the time they get done. It makes perfect sense they have a 1 star rating. If you could have a negative rating, they would.

Good Morning, Were truly sorry to hear about your experience and understand how frustrating this situation must feel, especially as a long-time buyer. We appreciate your continued business over the years and take your feedback seriously. Please note that all buyers agree to our terms and conditions at registration, which outline our payment processes, inspection recommendations, and post-sale policies. We always encourage our buyers to inspect vehicles in person before bidding to ensure full confidence in their purchase.Regarding your REMOVEDaccount, the bank letter is required to verify that all information in our system remains accurate and up to date. This verification helps protect both our buyers and their accounts from potential errors or fraudulent activity.Once a vehicle leaves the IAA yard, we are no longer responsible for any missing parts or damages that may occur, as stated in our policy. However, we do want to ensure your account and payment concerns are properly addressed. Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. Your feedback helps us identify areas for improvement while ensuring we continue to uphold our policies fairly for all buyers.Thank You, Anai Buyer Service Supervisor

Hello Mr. REMOVEDyou very much for providing your feedback.Regarding REMOVEDplease be advised that over the years we have defined this term as follows:"Any statement that a vehicle REMOVED(such as through an auction notation REMOVEDmeans that at the time of arrival at IAAs facility or place of check-in, the engine started (with or without a jump), both forward and reverse gears engaged, and from the starting position, the steering wheel made one full rotation to the right and one full rotation to the left."Please note that even if a vehicle does not have a tire, as long as it meets the functions listed above, the unit will still be declared as REMOVEDalso remind buyers that they have the opportunity to inspect and view vehicles the day prior to the auction. If you have any additional questions, please feel free to reach out to REMOVEDat REMOVED.Thank you,REMOVEDSupervisor

I got a buyer's account because I had plans to purchase a wrecked vehicle to rebuild. Had only bid on a couple in several month's time. My account was hacked and I figured it out immediately as it was tied to my REMOVEDaccount. To the tune of just over $20,000. I immediately put a stop payment in with REMOVED. I had proof of the change in information on my IAA account. My ID on file did NOT match the information that was given at purchase. Long list of proof. It took being on hold for over an hour with IAA and they attempted to insist I needed to pay for the cars that I never bid on. Long story short their communication from customer service never returned follow REMOVEDOver 2 months later they contacted me via email demanding a police report. Try explaining that to your local PD. A police report for items that were never taken, never in my possession, and money that never changed hands. Dealing with them was a complete nightmare.

Hello Ms. REMOVEDyou for submitting your feedback to IAA Buyer Services. We understand your concerns regarding the length of the communication process; however, please note that this is the standard procedure for any account that has been compromised. At this time, we are unable to provide an estimated timeframe for how long an account may remain restricted or how long the investigation process may take.We do acknowledge that your funds were refunded through REMOVEDand that no vehicles were lost. However, even if vehicles were not removed from the auction, our process still requires documentation, such as a police report, along with confirmation that the account was compromised. This is an important step, as fraudulent activity under an account could have future implications. We understand that you may not agree with the length of the process, but please know that our investigations are necessary and must be handled with care given the sensitivity of these situations. If you have any further questions regarding your closed account, you may contact us at our main line: REMOVED.Thank You, Anai Buyer Service Supervisor

My car was repossessed on July 9th. I paid to get my car out on July 9th and set and appointment to get my car out at 130 July 10th. Come to find out everything was already taken out and had writing all over my car. Beyond that being frustrating, the expect you to go over all your inventory in a small space and make sure you hurry up REMOVEDsign that everything was accounted for. It wasn't until I got in my car when I realized my headphones were missing. I had a pair of beats ($290) in my center console at the time the vehicle was taken. On top of that, I had $45 in my change compartment in cash. I called the company 10 minutes after leaving the place, and the girls replied , well did you sign the paper ? I said yes, she said then there's nothing I can do for you. What a shady aREMOVEDbusiness you guys run. And from the looks of it, there's multiple people with the same theft issue. Clearly you guys aren't doing right by the community and by your customers. You guys should be held accountable for the amount of theft there has been. Its disgusting how badly you treat your customers.

Good Morning REMOVED,Thank you for taking the time to share your concerns with the REMOVEDTeam. We understand how frustrating it can be to feel like your personal belongings were not properly accounted for, and we truly empathize with your situation. After a thorough review and investigation, we found that the only items removed from the vehicle were those listed on the inventory log you signed. These were the only belongings documented during the check-in process at our facility. Please note that, according to our records, the vehicle was repossessed and brought to our facility on July 9th. It was then released to the provider, REMOVED, on July 10th. Given the nature of the situation, we strongly recommend that you reach out directly to TitleMax with any additional concerns, as they may be able to provide further information. We hope this helps clarify the matter, and we're here if you have any other questions.Thank you REMOVEDSupervisor
