I would leave zero stars if possible. This has been the absolute worst experience ever! This person was put in charge of my mother over 2 years ago and what he has done to her is criminal. I cannot even comprehend how anyone could be so cruel and mean to an elderly woman that he didn't ever know. He sold her house and emptied it without the family's knowledge. He threw away all of her personal effects, clothing, family photos....everything even when she didn't have proper clothing or underwear. I asked him repeatedly to accompany me to her house to get her personal effects but very obviously, he had no intention of letting her have them. He has never contacted the family about her serious health issues or furnished an accounting of how her money was spent which is required by law. Her money has disappeared very very quickly. There is no way her bills added up to the amount that has disappeared. He has screamed and sworn at me on the phone numerous times. The evil nature I experienced was unreal! I also know that I am not the only one who has had a bad experience with this man, ***************************. He never answers the phone or calls back. He has never done anything in my mother's best interest...and indeed quite the reverse. She hates him for what he has done to her and I can't blame her. She is extremely unhappy! Please do not let this happen to your loved ones.
