      This is just not true.  The company never returned my call regarding a storm door.  I never said that I wanted a  phone estimate.  Nobody called me back about anything until I asked for a refund.  Regardless, **** did come out on Friday September 6 and said he would schedule someone to finish the job.

       

      n the storm door no longer fit was because he had installed a bunch of flashing at the base of the exterior doorway. I now have a new interior door, but no storm door to protect it from the weather. I think Peoria Siding should redo the installation so that the storm door fits. I have absolutely no confidence that the company will follow up on this unless I obtain some much needed assistance getting at least a response.

      **** ***** signed a contract with Peoria Siding May 5th, 2024.  **** called our office to get an estimate for a storm door after signing the entry door contract.  The message was email to her salesman (***** *******) May 29th.  **** did not want us to come back to her home, she wanted the estimate over the phone.  Our salesman said he called her and left a price May 30th.  I do not have a way to verify that ***** called and left a price.  **** bought a storm door from ***** and had it installed before the new entry door was installed.  Normally an entry door needs installed first because of buildout around the door and the Mahue entry door is not a standard size.  We should be able to determine how they installed the storm door from ***** to fit the opening.    We have an appointment set for 9/6/24 @ 12:00pm.

      I am still waiting for the job to be finished.  Also, their statement is full of lies.  I would NOT have had to contact the BBB if they simply would have returned my call.
