5 starsAlways a great experience with good people at *****Ive purchased several classics over the years with this team and they have an insane selection. As a buyer.. of any classic, its important you do your own research and know you are buying a classic and the good thing about Volo is theyll be super honest with what they think about their fleet. Their pricing is always competitive and their process is super fast and easy. So if you lack the time.. they take care of you. Even their delivery guys are awesome. I most recently traded a corvette stingray and bought a killer mopar. My favorite that I picked up at ***** was a tank of a car, a 442 convertible. Ran like a dream. *** is an honest guy and his staff are all good people. The perfect place to classic car trade. They hold their value.. so try a new one next summer! **** is super responsive and will take care of you. Happy classic car shopping!Volo Museum

1 starI bought a 1966 nova ss, when it arrived it was damaged by the transporter and wouldn't start. He said that the car was old and not his problem, pushed it off the trailer and left. I tried to reach my sales representative ****, it took a few hours until I finally reached him. He wanted me to figure out why the car wouldn't start and send pictures of the damage. He said that he had to talk to ***, they gave me a 100 dollars and said that's it. Very unprofessional, wouldn't recommend them to anyone. The only thing that you will get from them is lies and excuses.Volo Museum

Thank you for your feedback, though this review is quite out of context. To clarify, when you contacted us, you mentioned the transporter had damaged the driver's side mirror, stating it had become loose. To assist, we offered $100, which is consistent with the cost of a new mirror and installation. This offer was made as a gesture of goodwill, despite the fact that we are not responsible for transportation issues. The transporter is a third-party company hired by you, and we have no affiliation or responsibility for any shipping-related damage, which we clearly state in our policies. Our involvement is limited to helping arrange transportation. While we recognize that dealing with transporter insurance can be a hassle, we offered $100 to help you avoid that inconvenience. Additionally, we requested pictures of the damage, which you never provided, making it difficult to assess the situation ********** for the claim regarding the car not starting, this was never communicated to us before this review. The car was running perfectly when it left our facility and was driven onto the transporter. If there was an issue with starting, it would likely be minor, and we would not have known about it without proper communication. We are committed to transparency and addressing concerns directly, and we hope this clarifies the context surrounding your experience.Review fromAnthony & Bonnie D

4 starsWe were looking to upgrade our muscle car. Talked to a few dealers. **** responded and was willing to negotiate with a trade. Ultimately, we came to what I think is a fair deal, for both sides. I waited to make this review until the initial excitement of owning the car settled, and I had it looked at by 3 professionals. A body man and two mechanics. Their assessments of the car was good. We are very happy with the deal. We dealt with the salesman ****, and the process went as smooth as possible and any issue were dealt with fairly and quickly. He returned calls for questions after everything was complete. Would start here in the future if we ever make this move again. We are satisfied customers. Nothing is perfect but I would give them a rating of 4.5 stars, nothing is perfect.Volo Museum

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We're thrilled to hear that you found our negotiation process fair and that you're satisfied with the deal you received on your muscle car upgrade. It's fantastic to know that after having the car assessed by professionals, you're still very happy with your purchase. ****, our salesman, will be delighted to hear your kind words, as we strive to ensure a smooth and transparent process for all our customers. We appreciate your feedback and look forward to serving you again in the future should you decide to make another move. Thank you for choosing ****, and we're delighted to have earned a 4.5-star rating from you.Review fromMiko B

1 starDon't PURCHASE any vehicles from this company. I recently ! They don't do as they promise! I purchased a **** Buick Skykark vehicle from this dealership* excited to receive the vehicle and give it my husband because he's been sick with kidney disease . Once the vehicle was purchased* it took almost a month for the vehicle to be sent to us in **********. I asked them numerous of times what was the delay * with the lack of response * they stated it was the ** and that a part needed to be replaced. I complained and finally spoke with General manager and my sales rep * the information. That I received was they were down in staff and and unfortunately that was the reasoning of the delay. When I spoke to the ************************** * she made it seem as if they were doing us a favor* but replacing the part * but we ran the ** and the part was never Replaced. We received our yesterday * and today we are on the side of the freeway because a $70k vehicle is now broke down. When we received the service report* it showed everything was clear. We trusted this company to provide us with a running old school that my husband could be excited about and experience has been the worse experience ever. And to top it off they didn't even fill the car up. Please I promise you don't purchase anything from this company.Volo Museum

To address your recent 1-star review regarding your purchase of a **** Buick GS Stage 1 from our Incoming Inventory. Our Incoming Inventory category comprises cars that have not yet undergone processing or inspection, and they are in a pre-sale stage. When you made your purchase, we provided clear information about this and informed you that it will take a few weeks to prepare the vehicle for delivery.During the inspection process, we identified a freon leak in the A/C system. Rather than shipping the car to you in that condition, we decided to proceed with the repair, which is a standard part of our process. The mechanic working on your car was involved in a vehicle accident, but it did not cause a delay in their work. The A/C part was placed on backorder, but the mechanic returned to duty before it arrived.Throughout this period, you were demanding to receive a shipping date and unfortunately that was not something we could provide at the time. While we didn't provide daily updates, we were always available to provide information when you reached out. Regrettably, some of the communication we received included insults and even threats, which hindered our ability to work efficiently and caused us to rush.Ultimately, the car was loaded and shipped just over three weeks after your purchase, which is reasonable considering it had just entered our inventory. Regarding the car's breakdown, it's a 51-year-old vehicle with older technology. Antique cars inherently carry a higher risk of breaking down compared to newer models. The car was running exceptionally well when it left our facility, as evidenced by the video we provided to you. We believe that any issue that *** have arisen is likely minor, and we would have appreciated the opportunity to address it before receiving a 1-star review.Regarding the fuel level, shippers request that vehicles have no more than a 1/4 tank of gas to reduce the risk of fire hazards during transport. We value your business and are always here to assist with any concerns or issues that *** arise. We hope you reconsider your review and give us the opportunity to work together to address any outstanding matters related to your purchase.Review fromJohnathan G

3 starsWe were there this past Monday August 14th 2023. It rained something fierce while we were there. We were there with senior parents that are a bit challenged in the walking department. One thing that I noticed was that when we went to approach the door to the newr muscle car section below the antique mall section, we were met with a deluge of water right at the door due to your lack of maintenance in cleaning the gutters. I say that with confidence since there was zero water coming out of the downspouts. My mother's neck and coat was flooded since she can't run, nor duck an weave. Also there needs to be some other places to sit down for seniors inside but I know that if you did provide places to sit down they would be taken up by lazy kids.Volo Museum

We appreciate your feedback from your visit on August 14th, 2023. We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the water near the muscle car section entrance due to gutter issues. We're actively replacing all gutters to prevent such situations. We understand the importance of seating, especially for seniors, and have invested $40,000 in benches this spring, along with adding picnic tables and rest areas. Our full-time staff continuously maintains our large facility. We're sorry for any trouble during your visit and value your insights for improvement. We hope you'll return to experience the positive changes we're implementing.Review fromJames M

1 starI had a very bad experience with my car purchase back in early July 2023. Too long to even get into. Brought it back within 6 weeks of purchasing. When you do this, get ready to lose 25% of your purchase price. It was worth every ***** to bring it back however. Wrote an email to about 6 or 7 folks stating my displeasure. Never heard a word back from anyone. Now that tells me what kind of people you are dealing with.Volo Museum

Hi ***, regarding your review, we've noticed a difference in perspective on the points you've raised. When you first reached out, you mentioned being new to collecting cars. This raised concerns since newcomers often lack insight into vintage cars and reasonable expectations, contributing to the core issue. You chose to purchase the car without personally inspecting it or having a 3rd party inspection, despite our recommendation to do so. Upon delivery, the car didn't meet your expectations. You acknowledged that we had highlighted the flaws and expressed regret for not inspecting it yourself. ************************************************************* You reported starting issues and sought advice from your neighbor, who suggested a timing adjustment. We advised taking the car to a certified mechanic, offering to collaborate on a solution. However, you declined, stating it wasn't the right car and requested a buy-back figure. Our buy-back offer was 20% less than your purchase price, although we don't typically provide buy-backs, particularly for cases of buyer's remorse. The car was accurately described, and our video demonstrated its running condition. We urged you to involve a mechanic for resolution, which you declined. For your reference, we've included your email correspondence with **** below. This excludes phone conversations. You. "****, please call me Monday. Sent you a 3 page letter that I am still having issues last Thursday Now it wont start for a Sunday drive. Need to take it back, I am not happy at all. Please see attached video. Thanks."**** "***, Last we spoke and you were going to send me a diagnosis by a shop of the mechanical issues you are experiencing. The car is over 55yrs old with ****** parts. We do our best to make sure our customers have a nice turn key vehicle when it leaves our shop. The technology is old and with owning a classic car unfortunately comes regular maintenance and potencial repair that could happen at any time time. We believe this to be a nice car in our assessment of it. We are happy to discuss any mechanical issues with a certified mechanic and they can work with our shop. The buy back figure will be $51,900 plus shipping. I urge you to have a shop to work with us to rectify the issue. Thank you ****"*** "Sounds good ****, and thanks for taking my call. I will wait back for your email to *********** back."Review fromPaul W

Thank you for your feedback. However, we feel the need to clarify that we do not own our own shipping company, and it was never claimed that we did. We made it very clear that we do not do any shipping, and there is a disclaimer on the bill of sale that you initialed, stating that "All vehicles are shipped F.O.B. ****, **. Volo *** assist purchaser in arranging vehicle shipments, but does not assume any carrier responsibility or liability (Transport Co.)."We understand that there was an issue with the delivery of your car, and we apologize for any inconvenience caused. However, we would like to reiterate that we do not mark up shipping costs, and we pay the shippers when we are billed. The driver who delivered your car would not have had any information about the pricing or billing because that is handled by the shippers main office.Additionally, we have received only one complaint, which pertains to the delivery process. At no point were we informed of any issues with the car or the sale, until your dissatisfaction with the handling of the shipping problem became apparent in your direct communication with our staff and in your initial review which is included below for reference. The car you had purchased, a custom **** ****** tribute, came from a local collector that always has high end and dialed in cars and this was no exception. Car can be view, including a video of it running and driving at ************************************************************************ Do not purchase from this company!!! They said they had a transport company... They don't... Lied to me... They put it on load board "Central Dispatch"... No one speaks English. I am a member of Central Dispatch but of but wanted their special transport. The car showed up being driven with the truck following it. Muddy an dirty... Then their driver says they won't pay them... Then the car that the say was excellent condition has oil leeks on the engine and transmission, the blinkers dont work, and exhaust come up through the shifter opening with nothing there to stop it.. the car isn't road worthy in my opinion. Very unhappy, wish I never heard of Volo Auto Museum!!!!!! Very unethical Family!!!!! They say they want to fix it but I never contacted them, but I talk to the sales manager which is the guy that I dealt with when purchasing it... They don't call back or help... They just imply they will in a response to this post to imply they are doing something when they are not... they know how to call me on my cell... But that is just a story for whoever reads this post.Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback regarding your recent experience at Volo Museum. We're sorry to hear that you're disappointed with our services and would like to clarify some points that you've raised.Based on your review, it seems that your issues are related to shipping rather than the sale of the car itself. We apologize for any misunderstanding that *** have led you to believe that we offer special transport or have our own shipping company, as this is not the case. We do not imply that we have any such services, and we have a disclaimer on our bill of sale that you initialed, stating that "All vehicles are shipped F.O.B. ****, **. Volo *** assist purchaser in arranging vehicle shipments, but does not assume any carrier responsibility or liability (Transport Co.)."We do have a relationship with Autobahn Transport, who delivered your car, and who we use to ship our own cars. However, we do not receive any portion of the shipping cost, nor are we responsible for any issues that *** arise during transport. We're sorry to hear that your experience with Autobahn Transport was not satisfactory. However, we hope that this clarification helps to clear up any misunderstandings and ensures that future customers are aware of our shipping policies.Thank you again for your feedback, and please don't hesitate to reach out to us if you have any further questions or concernsReview fromShawn W

5 starsAround Thanksgiving (of '22) i made a ************************* hopes i might buy a **** Mustang i saw on their site. A person bought the mustang ahead of me, so although disappointed, i spent a day seeing all the beautiful autos in the showroom. Meanwhile **** and myself searched for a mustang in the shop (auto-maintenance) building, hoping we'd stumble onto a mustang that had recently arrived, but no luck. What we did find was an impressive ('69) 4 4 2 Oldsmobile that was a recent arrival. After thinking things over for a few days, I made the decision to purchase the Olds, and it was delivered to me a couple weeks later. I remember as a young- teenager getting (Olds) brochures and looking at the pictures then. My older sister owned a beautiful '72 cutlass supreme in those years and i always enjoyed riding in it and later (when old enough) driving it. I know we will find enjoyment for a long time in driving this great vintage car. The sales-staff (and boss ***) are great people and very much professionals. They went beyond what one might expect in assisting me and answering all my questions. Looking forward to taking my wife to see the museum.
