    Hi, this is Mr. ******* I have been reaching out to the company for 3 week about my order #*****.For some strange reason they have been avoiding my calls. At one point I did get through and was told that we have you order #***** and we will take care of it. Once again here is my order #***** ( **** Dri Tac Golf Grips 13 Pack Oversize ). My order was placed on June 3, 2025 at 11:08 ***** payment was make on June 3, 2025 at 11:34 am through ****** in the amount of $75.16

    Ordered golf grips and materials to regrip them. Sent business a check and it has been honored by my bank. Have never received the order nor a **** tracking number for the order *****. Talked to business on several occasions saying the order will be shipped. It has been nearly 6 weeks.

    I placed an order on the website, on March 23, 2025. Paid via Zelle on March 24, 2025 after speaking with the gentleman on the phone at ************. He said it should ship in a few days. Every time I call, he is not at a computer to look it up my order and will get back to me. He says to text him,.I have text, called and emailed and have yet to receive what I ordered and no explanation.I researched them on ******** after my purchase unfortunately and found many people posted complaints about this company.

    On 2/10/25, I ordered a package of 10 golf gloves from "Discount Golf Company." After paying the company's supposedly Vemno account, I received texts from "***" at Discount Golf Company saying that Vemno froze their account, and that I needed to pay again, via Zelle, for the order to ship. I paid $60.76, received by a Venmo account under "***** *****," Vemno handle @*****-*****-313 They call and text from ************. The website is: ************************************************************************ Please shut these scam artist down.

    I ordered Golf Grips from this company and paid Via VENMO. I have not received the shipment. It's been over a month.I want my money rerurned.

    This company never sent my grips I purchased and online. I reached and and was lead on saying the order was in process, then they blamed ****** for not releasing funds so then offered to cut me a discount if I venmo $50 for the grips and he would send them directly. The seller then ghosted me and never provided a tracking #. I asked for a refund and they refused to acknowledge the request.

    Placed an online order with this company and initially paid with ******. The transaction went through and the finds were received by a company named received by *******. Discount Golf Company claims to have never received the money and refused to ship my order. I eventually received my ****** refund. I was told that for my inconvenience my order could be paid at a discounted rate through Venmo, which I did on January 30. They confirmed they received my payment and would ship that day, My order didn't ship. I was then told it would ship the next day. Nothing. It has now been 10 days and still no shipping/tracking information. This business is a scam. ******** customer service. I am seeking a refund.

    Purchased Callaway Directional Sticks and **** Split Broomstick Putter Grips. Paid Discount Golf a Total of $30.00 for both Orders. Sticks were Purchased on 11/29/23 and Grips Purchased on 12/27/24. I didn't realize these Scammers were the same Outfit that never delivered my first order back in 2023. Tons of complaints by other Purchasers that they never got the Merchandise they Ordered from Discount Golf ; *************** ***** ***** Owner. This is a ***** Problem and needs to be addressed.

    Placed order in April, 2024 and when I heard nothing I cotacted them by email and they issued an invoice. I paid the invoice on May 5, 2024. Since then I have contacted them by email four times and am given the run around each time. I disputed the charge with my credit card company and after about 50 days the company sent my credit card company a copy of the invoice, indicating "paid' and said that was proof that I must have received the product and was satisfied. Credit card company denied my refund and I'm still waiting for the product.

    I ordered a 6 pack me Bionic gloves on July 10, 2024 . I was told to await the invoice the following day which I paid promptly. On or about July 17 I contacted them and asked for an update on my order , I was told it would ship the following week. On July 31 , 2024 , I contacted them again asking about my order , I was told that the credit card processor I was directed to pay by them never paid Discount Golf . Discount Golf is now telling me I have to pay them again in order to get my gloves. Today they give me their own phone number for me to call to request a refund after telling me they were never paid. Explain ????
