  They filed a lawsuit against me, after failing to comply with the ****** They finally sent documents on 13 February after I spoke to and paid them on 13 February. They dated the letter 8 February, which is before I spoke to them. As of 26 February they had not filed a dismissal with the court.

  These people are horrible human beings. They garnished my bank wages first last year. I spoke to the person in charge of my file which said that the lawyers have to work something out and that she would contact me back when they do. I kept calling back asking if the lawyers worked everything out yet. She said no but she will call when they do. Fast forward a couple of months they just garnished my bank wages again. Mind you I was waiting for them to contact me back like they said they would. They took everything from my bank, all my rent money, I don't have a job right now and they took everything. I called them to discuss with them about if there was anything I can do to fix this. And they told me no there's nothing and really its not my fault. The girls name was *****. I have never been treated like that in my entire life. I don't think its legal for them to garnish wages without notifying or trying to contact us. I would have set up a payment plan but you guys took everything from me. Terrible horrible human beings do not deal with this firm. Disgusting human beings that don't care about anyone but themselves and their pockets. Shame that a company like this exists. And shame on the laws to allows this to happen. Violating fdcpa

  Payments were being made on an old debt. It wasn't enough. Served papers to somewhere I do not live. 3 months no word from them. Bank account places 5k on hold on my account and my children's accounts for a **** debt. No warning. Paid the balance 2 weeks later I still can't use my account. Very deception business being ran. Not helpful, bully tactics and theft.

  This company has ruined my life. I was served paper on a very old debt. according to the court documents I was to pay $5198.25 plus court costs. I have been paying for over a year over $7,000.00 now I called them and they told me they will look into it. I called them again. Now they are telling me that the total debt is over $11,000.00 and now my paycheck will be garnished for 10 more months. I have not been presented with any updated documents to show this. somebody need to take legal action against this company this can not be legal. I whish there was a way all the people they are taking advantage of got together and sew them. I do not believe what they are doing is legal. they need to be shut down, out of business and their license needs to be removed.

  These people have an illegal p splitting business to stalk track recited and locate people and they will hurt me if they arent stopped. I need help to have them charged with multiple crimes

  They are complete scammers; I had a debt that had feel through the cracks and made several attempts to pay my debt which they claimed was being refused by my bank. When I called my bank, they told me that Blitt and Gaines never attempted to deposit the electronic check. I stayed in contact with them every time I noticed the money was not coming out of my bank account, and this went on for three weeks. My last contact with them they tried to tack on interest for the three-week period of time that they NEVER attempted to pull the money out of my account. I finally had to pay them using ************* quick collect which cost me even more money to send the money to them, or they were going to continue to play their game and blame my bank. This is a third-party debt collector that buys debt for pennies on the dollar, double what you owe so they can make a profit. Companies like this need to be held accountable for the fraudulent ways they go about collecting money

  I had a debt that I recently paid off and received a letter asking for $460 for additional court fees. I set up a monthly payment arrangement on their site (screen shot) and while they did not take out the 76 monthly payment, they did however contact my employer for a garnishment payment in full amount. I left a message because I didnt want to be charged twice and when the rep called, she asked for my birthday and social security. She said she couldnt continue without the social and I said I cant give that out. She told me to have a great day and ended the call. This has scam written all over it. Ill continue to pursue and encourage others to go after them and report when and if you can!

  Big bunch of thieves who lie about everything there day is coming trust me I'm doing everything to prove they are thieves who lie and will lose there law license and spend the rest of there lives doing hard time in a federal prison.

  They are violating fdcpa. They offered me a settlement and then when my attorney called gave him a higher settlement. I will do what I can to hire an attorney to prove they mislead me the consumer and broke the law.
