Hello, Here is the email and the responses I have received from them I have also worked with ******* **** ******** **** they have not had any word back from Carle either. Hello, The ** through ******* ********** ********* scheduled, prescribed, and paid for this visit. (all but 83.00). I called your facility multiple times to try to explain, as a disabled veteran receiving ** care, I am not responsible for the bill. (Today I tried to contact patient billing at ************, but after 23 minutes on hold, hung up). Finally yesterday, this came to the point where one of your employees in (patient billing?) threatened to turn me into collections. I tried to explain to her that I am not responsible for the bill, and that billing needs to contact the **. She stated she would not. (*****?) Bottom line, in 15 years as a disabled veteran receiving care within the community, I have never been contacted multiple, repeated times and harassed to pay a ** medical bill. I feel the people you have representing your hospital(n patient billing?) are disrespectful, and the treatment I have received through this process has been a disgrace. ******* ********** ******** stated they will email you about this bill and that is all I have the power to do, concerning the payment. Threatening to turn me into collections will not get you paid any faster. In fact I found out that the ** has an Adverse Credit Reporting Department, that I called, to report hospitals of your caliber. From what I understand, community care is contracted. I do not want any of my fellow veterans to go through the obstacles and threats I am going through in dealing with your hospital. I have notified ******** ** ******* *********, ** community care, congressman ******, ** ********** ** ******* *******, ******* ********** ********* and the *** about my treatment. I hope you do make future changes in your facility to become more welcoming to veterans.,
