    My check payment was not accepted is the Compliant ... I assumed it's because..I live in a low income area around Criminals and or Drug Addicts/Dealers ......but however.. I'm self made from my work within Authorship... I work as a Professional in Broadcast Entertainment ...The Outcome and or Result.. I'm seeking is a new apartment near or on Campus to continue my personal work activity ....Proof of Asset Ownership to meet financial obligations at the University are below from the U.S. Copyright Office in Washington D.C. *********************************** ***********************************
