              on 10/20/22 truck centers told me I had to buy an oil pan n handed me an estimate for $3600 for a stripped oil plug. truck centers were the only ones who done my oil changes for 3 years. how was that my fault I was told on 2 separate occasions a resolution that the manager conveniently said I miss understood him. I missed 2 weeks of work because of this then on the receipt they put my oil change but under the oil pan they put miscellaneous so in the future there's no liability on what they break! the truck centers on ****** *** is unreliable on their work ethic as proven to me in the past.

              This business refused to install a part on my truck which was verifiably purchased at a Freightliner location from another state. I provided them the part in its original packaging and a receipt from a certified Freightliner location not theirs. They would only install the part if I was to purchase it from them. The part purchased out of state costed $79.15. The part at Truck Center Freightliner costed $300. This is price gouging at it worst. I was willing to pay installation costs and was willing to have them waive their warrantee but they still refused to install the part unless I bought their over priced part. This is unacceptable and this business should be held accountable for not assisting a trucker with making sure my vehicle is safe for the road. Very disappointing.
