Every time I’ve ordered from them there’s a problem. ‘In stock’ items are magically now on backorder and my entire order is held up a week or more because of it. The worst is that they cheap out on shipping even when you paid extra for better shipping. They overload basic cardboard boxes with 40+ pounds of books with no packing materials. The boxes and books arrive damaged. The company wants dozens of photos and for me to allow random strangers from a shipping company into my private home to view the damaged boxes and materials which I’m also expected to store for weeks until they’ve given me ‘permission’ to get rid of them. They also flat out refuse to replace damaged books until I’ve jumped through all their hoops. I’m done with this company. It’s not worth the small savings.Review from Jane T

If I could give negative stars, I would! I ordered Melissa & Doug Pizza Seasoning Set. They showed 1 available in stock. I put it in my cart and completed the order. My credit card was charged and I received an email thanking me for my order. When I checked the status of the order it showed as cancelled. They didn't even bother to let me know. I asked about it and was told they didn't have it and couldn't get it. I have been looking for this item and was very excited to finally be getting it. They gave different reasons to why it wasn't being sent. One told me they didn't have it, it was only available for backorder. Not true. Another said it was either a problem with inventory or was damaged. AFTER I asked about the order they said they've refunded it. The charge which I've now disputed is still on my account. I will not try them again!Review from Franchesca W

I've ordered several homeschool items from this company over the last 6 years and always received them at great prices and in a timely manner. I always check here first before any other competitors for book and kits.
