    Kelly Burke sold me an insurance policy through ****************** on December 20, 2021. This was a switch from ********** Blue Shield which she had me signed up for in the previous years. Kelly knew the doctors that I needed in "Network". My daughter went to her normal doctor for a physical on 2/17/2022 and then she wasn't feeling good so she went there on 6/23/22 with a follow up on 6/29/22. The doctors ****** (who I was told was in network) sent the invoices to ****************** and the charges were turned down. ****************** refused to pay. This is after (with no exaggeration) 20 hours on the phone with them getting the run around and waiting on hold. I was finally able to have ****************** contact the doctor's ****** and they claim that this is not in network. Kelly knew all of my doctors information from previous years and when I would contact Kelly in regard to this, all she would do is tell me to contact ******************. She would not and did not help me to resolve this problem. I have since had to negotiate the fees down as much as I can and I paid the doctor $475.00 on August 9, 2022. I have been paying ****************** since December 20, 2021 $639.84 a month and I am unable to claim anything. I would very much appreciate any help I can get on this matter. This is the first time I have ever had to contact the BBB. Thank you.
