We have used Molly Maids a few times before. We had to send them home today. Because our family room was not on the list rooms they were supposed to clean, just vacuum. I asked them to vacuum the one room first so we could use it. And after a while Of not hearing the vacuum, I went down and they were cleaning the room we specifically didnt want them to clean because that room had a bunch of precious and breakable stuff. They stopped cleaning immediately when we told them to stop. And they went upstairs. But then we found that some things were broken that arent replaceable. I would like something to be paid for what they broke and I dont wanna have to pay for the service. Because they were supposed to make my life easier and all they did was come in and break stuff. Also there was a shower we told him not to touch because it was broken and there was a sign on the shower. When I went upstairs the shower had been opened with the sign still on it. They werent professional at all, they even put the ** on while they were cleaning. I took pictures. Corporate wont answer my calls and Molly Maid Southwest wont answer either. I thought for sure someone would call to at least take my report.Business response

******************, I am sorry to hear about this complaint. As discussed over the phone we have not charged you for the cleaning and have replaced the broken item for you. I do apologize for the inconvenience of the cleaning, and the breakage. I am glad we were able to resolve this complaint.
