5 starsI saw a gazebo online that I was interested in but wasn't available yet. I called the ***********, Il. American Sales store and spoke with Sales Consultant **** ********. A display model wasn't set up yet, so she stayed in contact and notified me once it was ready for me to view and that it was on sale! I ran into a snag that would delay the delivery of the gazebo but **** immediately solved the problem and I now have a new and beautiful gazebo. **** *. exemplifies great communication skills and customer service!American Sale Corporation

1 starMy Oahu elite hot tub was leaking. The technician came out Sept 17th and identified that it was leaking at the led lens covers and that they all needed to be replaced, except the large one was not in stock. It told him to do them all at the same time when he gets ***** has been 2 months and the hot tub has been unusable since. You cannot talk to anyone about it, only texting. The recent reply (2 weeks ago) was that they are waiting on the 3.5" lens cover. I texted them yesterday and today and no reply.
