      I am Filing Complaint against AAA Lending Solutions regarding an Unauthorized $5000 Bill that was placed to Collections and Placed on my Credit report. Despite my repeated attempts to rectify this issue directly with AAA Lending Solutions( CheckMate), they have failed to provide a satisfactory resolution. On 4/14/2024, I discovered a $5000 Charge listed on my credit report, which I did Not authorize nor incur. After immediately contacting AAA Lending Solutions to dispute the charge I was met with unhelpful customer service who was unable to provide any explanation for the charge or offer assistance in resolving the matter. Despite providing evidence in my innocence and requesting the removal of the erroneous charge, AAA Solutions has refused to take responsibility for their error and has neglected to provide documentation or Justification for the charge's existence. This authorized charge has had a significant negative impact on my credit score and financial standing, causing undue stress and hardship. I respectfully request that the BBB investigate this matter thoroughly and take appropriate action to ensure that AAA Solutions rectifies their mistake, removes the unauthorized charge from my credit report, and provides compensation for the damages incurred aa a result of their negligence. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to a prompt solution.

      I filled out paperwork for a loan, waited over a hour in the car for a response that didn't make since. I've been ony job for 21 years and didn't get the loan that's coming directly out of my check. They mentioned me oweing Brothers Loan and finance money which was taken care of from a chapter 7 years ago. Others were given loans who haven't worked as long as I have!!!! I deserve the loan.

      On 05/26/23, Ms. ************************* came to our office to apply for a new loan.  Although length of employment is one of our underwriting criteria, it is not the sole requirement.    The loan denial was for multiple reasons, (1)Exceeded allowable overdrafts or NSFs on most recent bank statement (2) Does not meet the minimum $400 direct deposit into a checking account (3) Delinquent past or present obligations with others (Brother Loan & Finance & **********************************   ****************** account with Brother Loan & Finance & ******************** was sent to a collection attorney and then later included in a bankruptcy filing.   Unfortunately, our loan underwriting requirements prevent us from extending credit to a consumer when a loan default has occurred and has resulted in being sent to a collection attorney regardless of bankruptcy outcome. 

      We always try to work with applicants during times of financial need, unfortunately, we are not able to extend credit to **************** due to not meeting our requirements.   We are hopeful ************************* will be able to obtain credit *********.
