I am not the type to file a complaint, but these men performed a deceptive practice with our business agreement. They helped us finance a used 2018 **** escape and within 4 days of usage, the car started having issues, we took it back to them and they gave it back claiming that everything was fixed but 2 days later the car completely breaks down with a blown engine. They told us that this time we are at fault and that they are not liable, even if it was all still under the state required warranty, which they did not want to acknowledge. These men lied, never fixed the issue with the car from the beginning, they never guided us or the problem to a path of success, instead they sold us a very bad vehicle and they knew it, on top of that during the situation, they harrassed my family and I with their disrespectfulness and unproffesionalism, the man Al there even said that I was not a man for not submitting to their solution which was for me to pay for the new engine. My family and I had to solve this issue within a 3 month period with the finance company, going back and forth everyday and very time consuming, obviously it did not benefit the finance company for us to end the business deal but after 3 months of argument, they finally closed our contract and we feel more free than ever. JZ auto sales kept the car, our downpayment of $2000, not to mention our time wasted and money in tow trucks, the stress, the emotional harrasment and struggling danger my family and I faced by their bogus car that was not in shape to be sold, they caused us to never trust used car dealerships, and nobody else deserves to go what my family and I went throught.Thank you,Moses
