    I am filing this complaint to formally report the appalling treatment my dog received at PetSuites St. Charles. Our experience was not only unacceptable but deeply distressing and harmful to our pets well-being.We had an unforeseen emergency and contacted PetSuites to request an early pickup for our dog. Despite explaining the urgency, the staff refused to accommodate us in any way. Their response was cold, unprofessional, and completely devoid of empathy. Rather than offer solutions, they were dismissive and rude, compounding the stress of our situation.What followed was even more alarming. While monitoring our dog via the facilitys cameras, we witnessed clear signs of neglect. At no point did we see him provided with water, and he appeared visibly anxious and distressed for extended periods. When we finally picked him up, our dog was not only lethargic and visibly dehydrated but later developed symptoms of illness that required veterinary attention.This was not a case of simple oversight it was gross negligence. The treatment of our dog was inhumane, and the lack of care and compassion from the staff raises serious concerns about the qualifications and ethics of those employed there. No pet should be subjected to such conditions.We trusted PetSuites St. Charles to care for a beloved member of our family, and that trust was completely violated. I am submitting this complaint in hopes of holding this facility accountable and preventing other pet owners from experiencing the same trauma.I respectfully request that this matter be investigated and appropriate action taken to ensure no other animals suffer under their care.
