    I paid for a ceramic coat with paint correction. They didnt have the paint to do the paint correction and only did the ceramic coating. Then they were upset I left a negative review when I didnt get the service that I paid for.

    We appreciate your feedback and always aim for complete transparency with our customers. However, a few details in your statement are inaccurate. You did not purchase paint correction with your ceramic coating package paint correction is a separate process involving machine polishing or wet sanding to remove surface defects. When you arrived, we offered that service, but you chose not to include it.


    As a courtesy, we offered to touch up a few small paint chips at no additional cost. We ordered the correct paint code directly from a local **** dealership, but they unfortunately sent the wrong color. Rather than risk applying black paint to your silver vehicle, we decided not to use it and instead proceeded with the ceramic coating service you booked, ensuring your vehicle was completed on time for your return to work.


    Our team communicated this clearly throughout the process and attempted multiple times to reach you afterward to discuss a resolution. We initially reached out to offer ordering a new touch-up pen from a different distributor to correct the issue and ensure your satisfaction. However, before we had the chance to proceed, we noticed a negative review had already been posted. When we later connected with you, you expressed that the review would remain unless we re-coated your entire vehicle and touched up multiple areas free of charge which was not a fair or reasonable request given the situation.


    We take great pride in our work and customer service, and while we regret that you were dissatisfied, we stand by how this was handled. Were still happy to discuss this further and find a fair resolution please feel free to reach out to us directly at our main business line.
