We have been doing business with Suttons for many years. They always do quality work and are easy to work with. If there is an issue, they take care of it in a timely manner. In February, we had an issue with the latch on our storm door, which had been installed by Suttons a year prior. I called Suttons. Richard D. was here in a timely manner to resolve the issue. We are happy with the prompt and effective fix. The door works great. We will continue to call Suttons for future home improvement projects.Sutton's Response

Sutton's was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. Our sales consultant Andy made the process painless and was very knowledgeable in working with our insurance company. Sutton’s recently replaced my old and drafty windows in my home and I couldn’t be more pleased with the price, the quality of the windows, and the quality of the installation. From start to finish scheduling was spot on and every contact I had with Sutton personnel was professional and courteous. Excellent experience! We needed a leaking roof replaced quickly and before winter set in. Andy got a fair quote to us fast and guided us through the process. Adam and his crew showed up when they said they would, worked efficiently and had our home repaired and re-roofed in less than two days. They even made a couple of mid-project change orders without complaint or extra cost. They protected our landscaping and cleaned everything up.
