    They’re not picking up my trash. Has not been picked up since 4th of July weekend, and my bill is paid up to September.

    We have resolved the issue with our customer. It was a miscommunication on how services work. We are both on the same page and are moving forward with service. They were using a 95 gal can that is to big for us to lift by hand per OSHA standards and no front bar to connect with our tote tipper to dump the can mechanically. They have since went and bough the correct size can which we can now service them correctly.

    I rented a dumpster from this company. They dropped it, made me sign something and went about their way. I paid for the dumpster. The dumpster was tied up in court by the judge and I told the company this. One day they just took it and charged me $1188. I called and asked for a receipt and how they can charge that. He refused, i then said I want to see the rules you used to take a dumpster I was paying for, he said “I don’t fucking want you as a customer buddy”. He then said “summons me buddy”.

    Mr. ******* had our roll off container for over 4 months. We billed him out monthly for the rent that was due for each month he was over his 7 days allowed per the contract he signed and was giving a copy of  after he signed it. After the fourth month and several phone calls to the number he listed as contact with no response, we pulled the container. We didn't receive any notice form a judge or lawyer that our property was tied up in a legal dispute. we just figured we were at a loss with this container, so we pulled out property. This was back on April 29,2024 when we delivered the roll off and was pulled on 8/13/2024. The roll off acct was transferred over to his home service to have everything owed on one acct and discontinued his service until paid in full.   He was sent papers back on 10/2/2024 that this was going to be turned over to collections for nonpayment. No response again. See attachment for signed contract by **** ******* and a snapshot of both accts.

     I am rejecting this response because:
    No phone calls were made. No notices left on my door. No in person contact even though on my block weekly. There is nothing in this notice saying you can take it without some notice. You didn’t send anything certified to respond to. The signed contract was NEVER breached by me. Why could they not supply this with a phone call? Why curse and laugh at me when you claim to be a “family” business. They are trying to save face with lies that they tried contacting me when they have zero proof of this.

    I rented 4 dumpsters from this company last summer. Each dumpster was $365 and after the third dumpster, the person on the phone (I don't remember her name) said that my monthly rental fees would be waived because I had more than three dumpsters. On 9/30/22, I received a bill for $430. I called, expecting them to say this was in error, but instead, I got a belligerent man who told me I only heard what I wanted to hear and that he had specific notes about how the daily fee was only valid to the end of the month for each paid dumpster. That was never my understanding and I would have made sure to return the dumpster by the end of the month had I known that I was being charged daily after the month's end. Instead, I kept the dumpster for an extended period thinking it was at no charge. This company also never sent me the terms in the mail nor via email. I also never got a call from them checking to make sure I knew their terms after the end of the month. Instead, they waited until I returned the dumpster to send me a huge bill and then became very unkind as I tried to figure this out with them. As a result of their poor communication and lack of documentation that would have outlined their terms, I am requesting that my bill of $430.00 plus late fee charges in the amount of $6.45 be eliminated. Thank you.

    Dumpster delivered 6/3/2022.  Client called for a dump and return on 6/15/2022 for 6/16/2022. Originally account was under the name of Tom Irwin. On 6/16/2022 Teresa O'Hare called the office and said the first dump was for Tom but the additional dumps would be her responsibility. She was told that if she had 3 dumps in the month of June that there would be no rent.  Dumpster was dumped again on 6/17/2022 and again on 6/28/2022 for a dump and return. No rent was posted for the month of June. She said that she would only have the dumpster for one more week. August 16, 2022 the dumpster was called in done. The rent due if for the month of July (31) days and 12 days (twelve) for the month of August 2022 which we did not charge the full 16 days of August. Forty three days at $10.00 per day rent = $430.00. Our contract indicates that the rent after one week at the job site is $10.00 per day unless there is 3 dumps or more during the month. The dumpster had no activity for the month of July and half of the month of August. When she called to complain about the rental fee she said she was told there was no rent due to the fact that there was three dumps, and was told that was for the month of June only. We do not go and pick up these dumpsters until the client calls the office to say they are done. She was not happy and said she was contacting the BBB.

     I am rejecting this response because:
    This is just a recap of their reasons why they want to charge me $430.00. I never signed a contract and was always under the impression that I would not be charged a daily fee. I would have never held that dumpster so long had I known that a fee was being applied. I also would have been grateful had the company made a follow up call at some point to discuss what was happening. Instead, the just waited the full time and then presented this bill. I would have never kept the dumpster had I know there was a $10 daily fee being assessed.
