      On December 11th, 2023, one of your process serving agents, a ******************, IC #**** / #****, reached over the back fence of my house and unlocked my locked gate, walked through my backyard, opened my closed PATIO screen door, and attempted to get into the sliding glass screen door leading into my living room. My husband saw him and grabbed his gun, thinking we were being robbed, or that my stalker was back. He had no idea that ************** was a process server, and ************** was seemingly trying to make himself appear like he was a police officer by holding up what looked like a cop badge. These incidents are all recorded on my home cameras. On the same date, December 11th, ************** also went through my mailbox, opened it, and reviewed my mail! I am sure you know that is extremely illegal, and will be reported to the post master general as well as the police. This is completely reckless behavior. It also seems that ************** is potentially a felon with extreme mental health issues (per the ******* court dockets), which makes me fear for my safety and wonder if your agency did any background check on him prior to hiring him for such a sensitive position? It also makes me extremely concerned that he will continue to harass me and that he has access to enter my gated community. Please do not have him sent to my house again, if you need to serve me, please use any other agent as I do not feel safe with **************. I would like to speak with the owner of the company about these allegations, and my safety.
