*************************** has been our contractor for over 25 years. ****** specialty is flooring. He designed a unique pattern for our front entrance with several types of ceramic tiles. ****** and his A-Reliable Craftmens team laid laminate tile for our living and dining rooms. The first project that he did for us was complete remodeling of our upstairs bathroom. It has held up very well for over twenty years. Last year, ****** updated our electrical panel and remodeled our entire kitchen, basement, and first floor washroom. Our first floor had to be leveled so that our new flooring would not crack. The most recent project was renovations at my mothers 123 year old house. The repairs included mold removal, replacement of bathroom and washroom fixtures and floors. The basement plumbing was fixed, due to leakage. In addition, the kitchen floor was leveled and walls were repaired.All of the projects were expensive, but overall we were very pleased with the outcome. I highly recommend that customers do their research to have an idea of the expected cost range for the desired projects. Maintain a budget with little deviation. As on many HGTV shows, there *** be unanticipated issues that *** occur, due to unforeseen structural problems. Therefore, the budget can quickly become out of control. Be aware that remodeling done within an existing space is much more manageable than opening walls or adding square footage!
