    In summer of 2023 Mr. ****** came to my property to discuss a weather damaged roof replacement. After going back and forth multiple times with the insurance company over many months, I ended up paying for new layer of sheathing the insurance company claimed was not damaged even though the thickness was called into question. In December of 2023 the roof was replaced. One of the requirements was that gutter guards be reused or replaced. I was told that reusing the existing was not a problem. During spring rains, I noticed the garage gutter overflowing and the high roof gutter also overflowing (actually away from the downspout location). I have called Mr. ****** several times (Minimally 6), and actually spoke to him with promises of him getting out to see the issue and getting it fixed. He had an injury which delayed the visit, He had a death out of state that delayed the visit, Now he does not answer any calls and we are heading into winter again. In doing a visual check from the ground a ****** can see the gutter guards were installed in a *** ****** way and not attached properly. All I desire is the pitches on the gutters to be verified, unclog the downspouts which is what the gutter guards are supposed to protect from, and reinstall or now replace these guards if his installers damaged them when removal and replacement happened.
