    Medical service performed on 12/21/22 by Ultramed. I paid $30 co pay. My credit statement showed a $324.88 charge for this service. I never received a bill, statement, or any notification that I would be charged or what the charge would be. I was paid $156.28 by BCBS for this service. I called Ultramed on 1/22/23 for clarification for the high bill. I called them 1/2/23, 1/3/23, and on 1/4/23 three times. They disconnected one of my calls on 1/4/23 after 10 min being on hold. I called back and they told me they were busy so hung up on me. **** called me back later that day. I explained the situation, he said that BCBS paid me, so they just charged my credit card. BCBS did not pay me in full, so I mentioned that and asked how they know how much to charge me if they don't know what I've been paid. **** replied that they just charge me without knowing what was paid to me. **** at Ultramed then requested I send an *** from 12/21/22 DOS. I emailed the *** to ************************************ per ****'s instruction on 1/10/23. I called **** on 1/11/23 to confirm receipt of the email. He verbalized that he did receive my email and that I would get paid that evening. He then stated he'd email me or call me back once it was done. He did not call me or email me back. I called again on 1/13/22 and spoke with **** after being on hold for 10 minutes. He stated he spoke with his ****************************. He stated he would call her again. He was reluctant to give me her phone number, but gave it to me eventually. He stated he would call her and then call me back. I called her immediately after the call ended on 1/13/23. ******* did not answer, I left a voice mail. She has not returned my call. I am requesting to get a refund for the amount I overpaid of $168.60.
