    THE AMOUNT WAS CHARGED TO PROVIDE TO ME PROSPECTS LEADS TO PURCHASE OR SELL HOMES. I NEVER RECEIVED ANY GOOD LEAD FROM THEM EVER ALL WERE FALSE.REVIVE PROMISE TO REIMBURSED ALL FEES PAID IF I DIDN'T OBTAIN AND COMPLETE THEIR LEADS WERE ALWAYS FALSE AND AT THE THIRD MONTH AFTER I PAID I LOST CONTACT WITH THIS COMPANY.

    On 6/21/2024, I signed up to receive real estate leads from Revive Global. They stated they had a money back guarantee. If less than 6 legitimate leads were given in 90 days, they would provide a refund of the $675 paid for their services. I contacted them on 7/26 to ask for my money back seeing as how I only got 3 leads and they were not legitimate leads (they didn't want to buy or sell real estate in the area). I spoke with someone on the phone. They asked that I provide them the full 90 days, which I agree to. After 90 days and only ever receiving 3 bad leads, I emailed asking for a refund. I have emailed them on 10/2, 10/7, 11/12 and 11/20. I have received no response. I tried calling, but neither phone number is working. I would like to get my money back, but minimally, I want to make sure they don't do this to anyone else.

    To Whom It May Concern at the Better Business Bureau:I am submitting a formal complaint against Revive Global, a lead generation service for real estate professionals, due to their complete lack of communication, delivery of promised services, and inability to be contacted.On September 10, 2024, I spoke with a representative from Revive Global and was informed that there would be a one-time upfront fee to initiate lead generation services for my real estate business. In addition, I was advised that Revive Global would deliver leads through live call transfers, and I agreed to pay a subsequent 11% fee on any successfully closed transactions. Based on these assurances, I paid the one-time fee in full.Since making this payment, I have not received any communication from Revive Global. No leads have been provided, and there has been no contact to explain any delays or issues. Attempting to follow up, I accessed the companys website (***************************************) and retrieved their customer service phone number. However, I attempted to call this number three separate times, only to hear a message stating that the number was not found, making it impossible to reach anyone for assistance.This lack of response and inaccessibility of customer support is concerning and suggests that Revive Global may not be operating legitimately. I am left with no choice but to file this complaint to seek a resolution. I respectfully request a full refund of the initial payment made on September 10, 2024, due to their failure to provide the agreed-upon services or maintain communication.Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your assistance in resolving this issue.Sincerely,Disgruntled Customer

    I cant type to answer the questions, so I will try my best to remember all of the questions:This was a pay at close residential real estate referral program. I signed up on Aug 8th they took the money from my acct on July 10th. I was promised 3-5 leads monthly. I quickly realized after paying them that they weren't honoring their promises. IOn July 16th-18th received a referral for a "buyer" but not residential it was a gas station. Upon speaking with the lead I was told he spoke to the Revive salesperson and told him several times he wasn't looking to buy. I called them to express my concern ( around July 24th) and I spoke to *** ******* Customer Support Manager **************). He asked me to wait one more week. Which I did. They still did not send me any referrals. I then contacted them to request a refund. *** told me he would see what he could do because it was before the 3 month ***** I reminded him however that Revive hadn't fullfilled their end of the deal. On Aug 8th I received an email that stated I would get a refund by Aug 19th. Since then I have not received my refund, no one is responding to calls or emails AND Im not getting any referrals either. I don't want their referrals- I want a refund. Ive uploaded documents supporting the contact and promises.
