I received my car June 16, 2023 at 7:30pm, and the same night needed a jump. This was the first sign to give the car back called Mitchsalesman he states it might need a new battery. Take them the car the next day at 9am, they replace the battery, talk to ***** again he states you should be good to go. Now 70 days later its a knocking sound and my car will not go. So I take them the car Monday, August 28 and ***** the service representative tell me I have to leave my car there. I had to wait for the warranty company inspector to come out to inspect the car, because they found oil in the engine he said. The inspector came out two days later and okay the engine needs to be fixed, They received an engine that was no good as ***** states, he sent the engine back to the warranty company. At this time my car has been with them for a month and a half and they waiting for a new engine. I called my finance company and they spoke with **** Sales Managerasked him to reverse the loan for me to get another car. He stated he will try but thats not possible,(he never tried) they are fixing the problem and Ill have my car fix soon. Also, talk to ChrisService Manager ****** supervisor. He stated just give him a few more weeks to get my car complete. A few weeks go by the car is still not fixed, call ***** he stated the car should be ready by next week, when we spoke theres something else need fixing, this goes on for weeks. Now its been three months my car have been at the dealership. Okay finally October 26th at 1:30pm ***** text and says your car is ready for pick up. Get the car an not even 20 minutes the check engine light come on take it back to them. Spoke with ***** he said its fine we reprogrammed it. The light never went off and a week later driving on the expressway the car dashboard lights up and get to blinking and cuts off while Im doing 60mph. Almost had very bad accident trying to get off the expressway. They have the car and guess what still no update.Business Response

We had the battery replaced immediately, and the vehicle was running fine.****************** states approximately 70 days later ( a little over 2 months ) the vehicle has a knocking sound. On August 8th 2023 I purchased a 2021 ****** Versa from Ur approved with about ***** miles on it. The car ran fine for little over a month on September 19th 2023 the cars engine locked up. The only light that came on the car was the tire pressure. On the 21st of September I got the car towed by *************** to Ur Approved. A manger by the named ***************** took down all the information pertaining to the issues with the car. He said he would give all the information to his service manager. ***************** advised me to take it to a ****** dealership since they "never serviced the vehicle at UR Approved". And that I should get the car fixed for free since my vehicle was still under ******'s warranty. He gave me his business card to keep me updated with more information about the car. The car stayed at Ur approved with no the contact from them, or any other information about the vehicle getting serviced. After two days of no contact I came back to the dealership and pushed my car to a ****** dealership. Upon arrival a service advisor by the name of *********************** took the car in. On september 26th 2023 I received an email from ******************* the ******s service director in ***** **, with pictures of the of all the damages. I call **** at ****** he told me they would not be able to service the vehicle due the damages from dealership not putting the drain plug back into the oil pan. They said that "can only happen if a oil change is performed and the drain plug does not get torqued down to spec." *********** manager from UR approved called me on the 27th and let me know that it does not make sense and the mileage does not matter. Also that it should have given me a indication that the oil was running low. I never got the car serviced due to the fact they told my father and I that the car was serviced and had been given an oil changed and will be topped off of gas by my seller *****. I am rejecting this response because:
I did not state the car locked up on the 21st. I said and I quote I had the vehicle towed to UR Approved on September 21st by Redline tow Inc.
When I purchased the vehicle on 08/08/2023, my proof of income was me driving ride share full time. My dealer ***** informed me and my family that was there my 2021 ****** Versa was good for Uber ride share by it being good on gas and other features in the vehicle. I even told the sales manager that by me not having my car Im not able to take care of my family or household because using my car is how I make money and he said I understand but its nothing they can do so the claims about me not using the vehicle for ride share (Uber) is false.
The mechanical issues described to me ******************************* and ************************* by Star ****** were not my excessive use and wear and tear. It was told to *******************************, and ************************* by ******************* stated and I quote When we got the car in the air, we immediately noticed the bottom of the vehicle was saturated in oil. We then observed that the drain plug was missing from the oil pan. This happens when an oil change is performed and the drain plug does not get torqued down to spec. The vibrations from the engine cause the drain plug to back out of the oil pan threads and fall He also advised verbally since I said I recently just purchased the vehicle and had not gotten an oil change he advised I should go back to UR approved and tell them my problem regarding my vehicle and he will send over the proof of the problem to show to them. Which is how I received the email with the pictures and the explanation of the problem pertaining my vehicle.
I ******************************* never got the vehicle serviced for an oil change nor was there any indication on the vehicle needing an oil change or issues with my engine. So there for no service was needed. The only pop up on my vehicle was my tire pressure being low. ******* expressed to the service manager at UR Approved and his colleagues. The service manager kept/Keeps bringing up the miles which I understand but as a result and proof regardless of mileage my oil backed out still by there being no proper service done during an oil change which caused my engine to lock which was considered negligence by my Warranty so no free repairs like U R Approved (*****************) said. Like I stated, I didnt get no service done on my vehicle. Also lets not forget ***************** did state to me ******************************* and ************************* They do not service ****** vehicles only Dodge, and Jeeps. So how can they ensure that my oil change was done correctly before giving me my vehicle, if they dont service ****** Vehicles. Also when asked for the service papers they only offered to give the inspection form. First saying they only can give the information to the owner of the vehicle which my Father was present, and hes one of the owners then when looking for the information he said The car was previously owned so they couldnt give out that information. So not service papers was given.
U R Approved, should be responsible for fixing my vehicle or give me a new vehicle.

Was sold a defective car have been there multiple times . They have lied and said car was good to drive . I have many problems with engine light coming on , break pads , tire pressure sensors , the car smelled bad when they sold it to me and now the entire turbo intercooler isnt working. I recently visited this U R Approved dealership in ****** **, Before visiting I spoke with their rep and was very specific about the vehicle I wanted and confirmed their advertisement on ******** your job is your credit. I was then asked to upload my check stubs etc. Upon arrival, **************** approached me. He immediately asked for my license and ss, I advised that if he was running my credit that would NOT be necessary and reminded him of the advertisement per their ********. Immediately my credit was run. I did not give authorization by way of verbal or signature. They took my license to make a copy and never returned my license I have called 6x and sent **************** a text message. I explained the urgency of getting my license back as I work for the **** and need them for driving purposes. These people have ignored my calls and refused to give back my license. I advised I could pick them up or pay for overnight. They falsely advertise to get you in the door only to treat you unprofessional. Please read their advertisement and they need to be reminded your job is not your credit if so they should not be running people's credit, especially without permission. No advertisement is saying " will not run your credit " and the statement " company is stealing people personnel information " are both false . ************* completed a credit application , signed by ************* and authorizing her credit to be run .
I spoke to ************* on 07/31/2023 and explained that when she was at the dealership she authorized her credit to be run. Unfortunately
************* was not in agreement, yes she was at the dealership and she feels that her authorization on her credit application was not authorization.
We regret any inconvenience this may have caused ************* .

I was sold a 2020 ******* Elantra on May 27, 2023. The original keys are missing to the vehicle. I realized that I had the wrong key when I made it home because I am not able to lock the doors on the car. I called the sales **** ***** the girl who sold me the car and told her that I am not able to lock the doors on the vehicle when I discovered that I had the wrong key and could not lock the door. At first she told me she would call the nearest ******* dealership by my home and I will be able to retrieve the key. When I called her back, she then told me that the dealership was closed and that she will do it Tuesday May 30, 2023. So, I called back that day to see if it was okay for me to pick up the keys. I was then told that a locksmith would have to make the keys and that I had to come on Wednesday. By this time I called and ask to speak to her manager, ****. When I was transferred over, I was sent to voicemail. I called again and my calls kept going to voicemail. I told *****, I wanted to return the car because it's a ******* and that car has a extremely high theft rate and I do not want to drive that car knowing I cannot lock the doors at night. The management team is unresponsive to my request to either get me the original key or I can bring the vehicle back. I have been going through this issue about the key since I purchased the vehicle Saturday May 27, 2023 until today Thursday June 1, 2023. His issues are not with ************************* , the Car Fax as of 02/24/2023 reports his vehicle was in an accident on 07/16/2022 ( 5 months after purchase ) the damage from his accident is the cause of ************** problems , he would need to claim it under his automobile insurance .
His desired settlement is not an option, the car is not drivable , it was towed to ************************* on 02/15/2023. ********************** needs to have his vehicle removed from ****************************************** facility .

This company lied to get me in the showroom because when i got there they said on phone i was approved for credit of $23,000 to get a car but when i got in there a whole different story. them to make things worse they did not return my drivers license . i dont have a car and traveled from way south to way north and now i cant get my license and they really dont care because i asked to send to me overnight but refuse. i even spoke with director . this is a business which falsely advertises can help people with credit issues but cannot and then just lie to get you in there. h they are rude refuse to answer phones calls *** made to them and overall no skill in customer service. The term beware of used car salesman is truly defined by this business! I was drawn to this business because of a ******** ad they have stating your income is your credit. I inquired about this to make sure it was accurate and was called at 8:35 pm Monday night by someone name ******. She stated that I only needed to be making more than $800/month, no more than 3 repos and no more than 3 bankruptcies on my background to get approved. I let her know made more than that and didn't have any of the other two on my background. I let her know that my drivers license was not currently valid and she let me know I could use my ID. She then proceeded to schedule me an appointment for Friday November 19, 2022 at 11am in skokie. I was told to bring recent pay stubs, proof of address and also my ID and I came with all the above. When I arrived there at 11:35am, I let them know I had an appointment with ****** and I was seated at a desk and told to wait. The place was over crowded and I was seen after 30mins of waiting by a rep named *****, he proceeded to take all my information and told me as long as I mentioned ****** name he knew I had an appointment so I never met ******. ***** then asked me what kind of vehicle I was interested in and I let him know ********** nothing less. I was told to go on the lot and pick 3 vehicles and I chose 2 volkswagens and an Audi truck. I was seated and was seen a hour later by someone named ****. He told me I needed a co ****** for the audi and i would have to put **** down if I could get that so I gave my mother as a co ******. He then returned and said she's not enough I need someone else I gave my dad and they brought out a 2015 ***** Civic. I wasn't interested in that and noticed my credit had been ran 4 times so now I have hard inquiries on my report. I was in there from 11:35am until 8pm just to discover they were doing false advertisement it was not based on income and they ran your credit like crazy. I am rejecting this response because: The ad clearly states that you are approved based upon your INCOME NOT YOUR CREDIT...my credit was ran multiple times along with several others there who were also highly upset with the misrepresentation of you all getting people down there based upon lies. Everyone who came was told they needed co signors EVERYONE. I have met with some of those people and they will also be writing to address their frustrations about the lies told. In my proof it clearly shows 2 other women who were upset and said how you all were scammers. Someone name ****** clearly told me I had to be making more than $800 a month no more than 3 repos and no more than 3 bankruptcies. Upon arrival ****** was never to be seen or heard from. I have proof of that recording I will also be sending over. You all claimed credit wasn't a factor but in the end its a BIGGGG factor so again the ad is false advertisement and so is the people on the phone is telling us. THE AD STATES GET APPROVED BY YOUR INCOME NOT YOUR CREDIT: THIS IS FALSE, credit is the main factor and now I have several hard inquiries on my report. November 19, 2022 I was there from 11:30 am until 8pm based on lies continually being told to me and my credit continually being ran. I would like to see proof of me consenting to my credit being ran please.
