    I will try to describe this Retail Deceit briefly.I bought boots online at Nordstrom. Returned boots to find proper size. Clerk found proper size online and ordered but order cancelled as they were unavailable in the end. Receipt shows order of boots. Screenshot shows cancelled order.I found them at different retailer in my size. I called store to inquire about price matching. Phone operator said to come in and "we will price match-- per our policy. Nordstrom price--$322.50 Bloomingdales price -- $516.00 Arrived to *******************--1. ******* at **************** said "we do price match" but cannot in this case because we will only price-match if the other retailer has your size but you choose Bloomindales. So we will match competitor but only if THEY have the size you want (I wondered why I would come to Bloomingdales if I could find it at the other store)2. Spoke to Manager *******************************-- she said "Bloomingdales Price Matches -- but she could not help me because it is an online item. She declined to assist me in contacting Online Bloomingdales to speak about price adjustment. Would not help me.3. Called online Bloomingdales ************-- spoke to Agent ***** who took the order for the boot in my size. When I asked for the Price Match he said "yes we do Price Match-- but only if it is with our Sister ***** --Macy's."(how is this a Price Match?? for Bloomingdales??-- of course Macys does not carry the boot)4. Spoke to online Manager -- ****** -- ****** confirmed that they only Price Match with *****.Then he said he would help me -- by attempting to reduce the price of the boot.Bloomingdales price $516 Nordstrom price $322.50 --almost $200 difference.HE THEN DROPPED THE CALL!!This is a total farce-- and consumer fraud.I am disgusted How can a major retailer claim to price match and then give me absolute lies and deceit to road block the price matching.Shameful!

    On 12/16 online order placed and opened up a new credit card to pay for it. It shows delivered on 12/18/23, however when I called the *** they said that they were not able to resend it on time before the Christmas so requested for a credit and I agreed. However, that credit request was declined and I received an email about it. I called immediately to inquire further and felt so frustrated. They assured me that everything will be okay. And don't worry, it will get approved. However, I received another email showing that was declined. I called again #************* and asked to speak with the supervisor as the associate said it was declined due to the business decision? I did not what that meant? The supervisor said that she put a request for reorder and call me back in a few days once it go thru. I have not received any phone call or status update. When I called CS to followup during the holiday season, they asked me to call later as their office is not open yet. , when I try to track #IZ5V59V50383312462 shows pic of my neighbor's home not mine. I spoke with the ***** they said that ************ could find a claim since the package is not delivered to the right address. However I could not do it at my end. I am frustrated and exhausted of everything I could do to resolve this matter. I can't dispute the ************ credit card balance as well and they are asking me to pay it. How could I pay for something that I have not received it? I don't think it's fair. Please help.

    I received a defective Burberry purse. Bloomingdales had me return it and sent me the incorrect purse back, one they actually do not even sell in stores due to reticketing an item with their own ticket instead of the actual UPC of the one they sent. When I went to return that one they sold out of the correct bag so they were supposed to refund me for the purchase. It has been over 6 hours of my time spent on the phone with them and over two months since I had a purse. I was told I would receive the refund in **** business days. It's been over 14 and I still do not have it. Today when I called back they said they issued it back to the wrong card number. I still do not have my refund. I'm beyond frustrated that I'm supposed to have $2,324.97 refunded and I still do not have it or a bag and I'm told they have no way of expediting the refund.

    Ordered Villeroy and Boch New Wave 30-piece dinnerware set on 21 Dec2022. ORDERED ON: Dec 21, 2022 ORDER #: *********. Ordered multiple products along with 30-piece dinnerware set. Website was having lots of issues, hence called customer service and ordered dinnerware set. I was informed that dinnerware set is backordered and if it is okay for me to wait till mid - end Jan 2023? I agreed to wait for late shipment. I did not receive dinnerware set but received the bill. Called customer service to check on the order status and I was told, I should call within certain specific time, and I have missed the timeline. Why would I call early when I was clearly told the earliest it will arrive is mid-end ***. I was passed on to multiple departments for over 2 hours and I had to explain the same story over and over again. It was very humiliating. Finally, they said they will investigate and pause my bills. Few days ago, received letter that they have investigated, and they need me to pay the bills, otherwise it will go to collector!!! I was not even asking for money back; I really wanted the dinner set and I asked them to send me next set or I am happy to go to one their stores and pick up. Today I paid the money for the product that I never received (its expensive), because I do not want my credit to get hit. I will never buy anything from Bloomingdale's again. I would appreciate if I can get the product that I have now clearly paid for.

    We placed an online order (*********) for "Mima Xari 4G ****************Cosi Mico XP ************** Seat Travel System" with Bloomingdale's website on 11/22/22. We received an email stating that the order was delivered via **** Upon checking, we noticed the items were delivered to a wrong address. I have been contacting Bloomingdale's customer service since then asking for a reshipment of the items but I am kept being told that the case is under investigation and it takes ***** hours to make a decision. It has been almost 2 weeks and we are not getting any answers. I spoke to 2 supervisors and was told the same thing. We are very disappointed with their customer service.     Ordered towels I changed the billing address but not the shipping address. Art employee id number ******** said a refund would be processed by Friday Oct 14 and gave me his information to file a complaint. This is what happens when your corporation goes cheap to over seas the corporation loses ownership. Do you think someone who is making **** usd an hour actually cares?

    I have been a loyal customer of ********************** for over 30 years. On October 9, 2022, I went into the Old Orchard Bloomingdales store. There was a rug sale that indicated 75% off. A man named ***** was helping me look at the rugs. It was very chaotic that day and ***** had a helper who was Extremely unprofessional and on his phone the entire time. Many times ***** complained about the helper because he was holding his phone and not helping move the rugs. My husband, who is disabled and I were trying to move the rugs ourselves to look at them. We found a rug that we thought we liked. The list price was $68,695. The tag indicated it was genuine hand woven ****** made in ****. After negotiating with ***** we eventually agreed on a price including tax the total came to $17,243.47. I had asked ***** if I could you get my loyalist points for this purchase. He said no that they were not offering it. We paid with our ***************** Because my husband is disabled, ***** agreed to deliver it to our home. He brought it to our home that evening.I had an expert come look at it later that evening. My expert said that this rug was not hand woven. The expert stated that it was most likely machine made in *****. The expert stated that no product has shipped from **** for many years.The next morning I called Bloomingdales Old Orchard. The phone rang and rang. Nobody answered the phone. I called the 800-Bloomingdales number and spoke to someone who said they only deal with online purchases. I told the person that nobody answers the phone at the store. He said he knows its a problem and you need to actually go to the store to talk to someone. So on October 10, 2022, I went to the Old Orchard store. I asked to speak to a manager. No one was around. On October 11, 2022, I went to Bloomingdale's and left the rug there. They have the rug and will not refund my money. This is consumer fraud.

    I had placed an order on bloomingdales.com and was supposed to have received the items that I had ordered. My order number is ********* and I was told that I would receive an update regarding the verdict of their investigation, and never received an email, only to call them and be told that they would not pursue further actions. The representative that I had talked to over the phone told me that it was due to account order history abuse but I do not believe that because this had been my first time placing an order on bloomingdales. I told them that my order had never arrived, and that the packages that are ordered from the tenants, are delivered to a mail room that is easily accessible to anyone , but they told me that it was mainly due to purchasing abuse. I find that extremely hard to believe, and would like something to compensate for my order. My order total was $1968.00 and I had ordered a pair of Aviator sunglasses, and a Leather Crossbody bag.

    I asked for a credit balance check for MY money of $517 early July. They said they would send me my check through mail within **** business days. After that I received nothing in the mail so I contacted them and they told me theyve already refunded the money back to my credit card. Which I did not ask them to do. I told them no I would like my money. They then said they would do direct deposit and it would take 5 days. 6 days go by and I still received nothing. I called and they said they already sent it. I asked to confirm my account, and it was a totally wrong account!!! Ending in 399 mine ended in 707, i dont know how they can mix that up. They now wont send me my money because theyre investigating something they did wrong! Ive been scammed by this big company. And it shouldnt take over a month to send me MY money!
