Business ProfileforItworks Distributing

Firstly I was never told by the rep that there was a $50 membership fee. She wouldn't even give me the website. She placed 2 orders for me and took my cc info for payment. Somehow on one order the wrong address was put on the order. I contacted her and she gave me a number to call to see if the service ***** could help. Then she tells me not to call because that order was under her name but not set up as autoship and she will get in trouble. So I basically spent $40 some dollars for someone else to enjoy my product as nothing can be done according to her. On the other order she placed it in my name with autoship. I went to cancel the autoship as I dont really want to do business with a company that is represented like this. . I have tried to contact the company and the phone number directs you to log in. I log in but there is no way to contact anyone except through chat which I submitted and am now being told I will be charged a $50. fee which was never explained to me. With that being said I dont believe I should be responsible for that $50 cancellation fee and someone should be responsible in refunding me for an order I never received.
