We have been sending Data verification requests with Ansonia for several months. The issue has been a lower than usual credit score. Our credit score is usually a perfect 100. We reached out to Ansonia about the issue that started in november 24, 2023 and has escalated since until the present. They will give us a dollar amount for the creditor reporting that we are 91+ days late. This has resulted in a 12% reduction in credit score and a 36% increase in days to pay. By Ansonias own report that they provided us: we have experienced a 43% reduction in creditors that accept us thru reporting. We also experienced a 76% reduction in gross sales from April 24, 2024 to May 24, 24. This does not include those not reporting. I asked Ansonia to please let me know who is reporting the 91+ days late so we can make it right. They sent us a report minus the credtors name. It has taken 6 months of seaching, and 10s of thousands of dollars, but we were able to ascertain from JD Factors that is with them. **** at JD Factors claims it is an error. We have proof that we paid JD Factors client 12/01/2024. Their client committed invoice fraud. (Double billing). Ansonia was a coconspirator by protecting the identity of JD Factors who was either advertantly or inadvertantly trying to defraud us out of an aditional $1450. Ansonias actions either advertantly or inadvertantly weaponized the fraud by putting us in a position to double pay or have the above circumstances manifest themselves. This is what i would like to happen. 1. It is Ansonias policy to protect the Identity of who reports whether it is fraudulant or not. That policy needs to end. 2. Ansonia should be F rated by the BBB. 3. I want my credit score to be fixed immediately.

I own and operate a Transportation brokerage company (Texoma Transportation Mc-****** since 2007). Ansonia is a credit source company for factoring companies, that trucking companies use to pay them immediately, instead of waiting. Ansonia is THE ONLY COMPANY that recommends not extending me credit, thus costing me money, due to grossly inaccurate credit information given to the factoring companies. Happened today ****, where I was refused credit, because they are telling these companies, that I only do $1500 a month in gross revenue. This is my only source of income. They are only used by a small percentage of companies, but this has happened to me several times over the past years, and I'm sick of it. I have tried calling them, emailing them, and cannot get a reply, or a live person on the phone. It seems as though they show preferential treatment to only people who choose to participate in their services. I am a small family owned business, and I take pride in treating my carriers with respect, by always paying them promptly, and fairly. Every *********************** I make matters, and for them to do this to me just isn't right. What they're doing should be against the law. They obviously know absolutely nothing about my company. I should not have to offer them any financial statements to establish myself, because I don't have to with anyone else, because I have earned my flawless credit rating, by paying everyone in more than timely fashion, since I started my company. Nobody else gives me any problems, but this one company (Ansonia Credit), and I've had it with them. They should be held accountable for this. They are costing me, factoring companies (who arent' smart enough to figure it out), and the trucking companies, lots of money, for gross negligence, and borderline criminal behavior... I ask that the BBB please assist me in resolving this issue. Thank you in advance...
