Closed on my home recently in ***** was told that I would receive a concrete slab at the bottom of my steps to my back yard. I did not have the concrete poured before closing. Closed on my home in ***** and in May which is a month later was told that the concrete slab at the bottom of the steps in my back yard coming from my sliding door was supposed to have been an upgrade included in the work order of the home prior to construction. I was told this after the sales manager told me that I was only receiving an 84 square feet concrete slab which is a pad of 6 foot wide to cover the width of my stairs and 2 feet deep to step down into my yard which she stated is a total of 96 square feet. So, when she got done sending me this calculation on May 4, here it is July 5th and I still have not received my concrete slab. Only thing they did had their contractors come to my home angry to put a wood frame down at the bottom of my steps in May showing where the concrete slab is supposed to be. They never came back to pour the concrete. The wood frame is a hazard. Grass is growing in the wood frame. There are several other homes that are being built across the street from me and they are providing better service because the concrete was poured last week for the driveway of one of those homes across the street from me and they did not even bother to come pour the "slab" in my back yard under my steps. Only thing Fulford Homes care about is making money off of individuals and couples who are signing those contracts to have homes built they do not care about safety or customer satisfaction. Oh, they did come do my yard as far as installing the sod and putting hay and grass seeds in the backyard but the sodding in the front they brought here was ***** the sod was already dead. I could have hired a lawn care company to install the sodding in my front yard or went the Lowes and bought some grass seeds myself for my front and back yard. It's sad how they do people.
