    My internet service drops below 5 mbs during a 5-6 hour window every night. **************** is non existent as they do not answer the phone after 5pm and the service goes out during prime time every night! I was signed up at 100mb speed and it worked fine during off peak times high 90's all day steady then during prime time drops to 10mb or less. I got sick of calling every night so I went off and they lowered my speed to 50mb without telling me out of spite like I should not get mad when I have no internet. Tonight I got 5.6mb down and 6.9 up? There are 2 reasons that would cause this...overselling internet and not buying more or way outdated equipment that can't handle what they have sold. Either way they are collecting $99 a month when 2 towns over you can get 500/500 for $49 so I know they can afford to fix the issue they just don't care to do so. They should be able to pump out enough speed for every customer to be at 90% min speed at any given time. I believe they are either turning the speed down to *** profits or simply not purchasing a big enough package from their provider to cover everybody. If by some weird reason it is their equipment which seems unlikely since they are on fiber optic they should have fixed or upgraded it by now as I have complained over 50 times. My neighbor gets less than 1mb at peak times. When I spoke with them last they were rude and did nothing to fix the issue they just lowered my speed out of pure spite!
