I ordered a Windows 11 compatible NIMO Laptop on 8/29/2025. ******* offered a "One time remote setup" for $49.99 (which said refundable in my cart). I am 67 and thought I would need the help. I received an email from ******* ************* ************************************************ requiring me to register. After I registered I was sent a link to download an app. I had to call the phone number because if my new laptop was waiting to be set up where was I supposed to download the app? ***** answered immediately but told me they did not offer services to set up my new computer and sent me another email to download Optimum Desk. I called ******* for the refund they said was available but they referred me back to True Network Solutions for a refund. I called the number I had (same as given by ******* customer service) but this time I received a recording that I was number 2 in line and if I didn't want to wait I could leave my number for a call back or leave a message for a representative. I waited for over 30 minutes and hung up. I called a second time and again I received a recording that I was number 2 in line but this time I opted for a callback. 3 hours later when I did not receive a callback I called again (I was again number 2 in line) and left a message to which I received no response. There is no contact address to write to and the two phone numbers on their website ************** and ************ are busy - repeatedly. As a ******** customer I am disgusted with ******* parading True Network Solutions as their tech support and selling me a service that does not exist. I also feel True Network Solutions is taking advantage of elderly people (I am sure young people could set up their own computers) with no access to customer support. I paid $49.99 and received no help in setting up my new Windows 11 computer. I want my money back.
