The family is filing this per Colleens request. She is 88 & has memory issues & does not use technology. She paid the Company $16,799. On 2/17/22 she paid $4,199 for HVAC cleaning. On2/18/22 paid $2,600 for pest control. On 3/17/22 paid $10,000 for insulation in attic. They told her she had rats & showed her a picture on their phone. Said they removed *********** of insulation & needed to replace the insulation. Her friend notified the family of the situation that they were coming on 3/19 @ 8am. We phoned @ 7:30 am& spoke with ******. He was told to do no work as we wanted a certified pest inspection. The Rodent Guy from Pacifica came on 3/22 & stated there is no evidence of ***************** is fine. We reported to Officer ****** #**** from San ********************** He stated services were done for first two jobs but none done for the last one of $10,000. He asked us to try & get them to return it. Weve called & left messages last 2 days. He told us we may have to call the civil bureau. We believe this is elder abuse & taking advantage of a vulnerable senior with memory loss that lives alone.
