    I would give this company negative stars if it were an option. I ordered two lampshades months ago and never recieved them. Everytime I call customer service I get the same girl. The first time she said she would look look into it and call me back, never called back The second time I called she said the shipment was delayed and would arrive by the end of the week, never did. The third time she said she would look into it and call me back, I am still waiting. I wish I had read these reviews before ever ordering. I hope **** can get my money back!

    I truly apologize for your experience as that is not how we do things here! Upon investigation into your order it looks like it was placed on a backorder as the manufacturer was awaiting the parts to fulfill your order. I'm so sorry that this wasn't communicated to you. It was expected to ship by the middle of this month. I have cancelled your order and refunded you in full & this should show back in your account within 3-5 business days.

    Purchased 6 outdoor lights and received one broken. Seemed like a no brainer to tell them I would need another light. First they tried to offer replacement glass which I said might be ok but called them back 2 hours later to let them know the light was broken much worse than I thought. I told them I would be needing a replacement light instead of glass. A box of glass has shown up at my home that doesn't even match the existing glass and they have gone "dark" and stopped responding to my messages for help?? It's already frustrating to recieve a damaged product but -that happens. However, It's insulting to expect your customer to spend time reassembling their light because your company delivered it broken! Horrible!

    Hello,We had requested that you send us photos of the further damage to the light & we had never received those photos. Without those photos & the first claim of damaged glass, the manufacturer has a policy of not sending a replacement item & only sending the replacement glass. All this manufacturers items are made so that the glass is easily replaceable for issues such as this. If the glass received was incorrect, we were not notified of this. We did respond to all of your messages on the days that they were received. We responded to your Contact Us form on Tuesday 12/5 & the ************* Manager, myself, responded to you on Thursday 12/7, both of these were responded to: ************************* It is possible that the responses have gone to your spam folder. If there is further damage done to the light other than the broken glass and/or the glass is incorrect. Please send this information to us so we can get this resolved for you.
