  This appears to be a medical provider's website. I am a provider, but I did not sign up for this listing, and there does not appear to be a way to stop it. This is troubling for multiple reasons:1) The site lists my personal phone number, which I provide to others very rarely.2) The information listed is incorrect and misleading. I do not have an office - nor did I have an office - in *********, **, which is more than 30 miles from my actual office.3) The site sends me multiple promotional emails every day. I can't stop them, and they gradually fill up my junk mailbox. It's disruptive to need to regularly delete them.The actual resident at the incorrect address is frustrated to frequently receive mail intended for me. At first, she mailed the misdirected mail to me, but - understandably - has stopped. Now I have to wonder how much potentially critical mail that I do not receive.

  This website has my personal information listed and a description of what my job is that I did not consent to having on the website. I did not write the description of my job so it is unethical and misleading to the public. My personal information was not provided by me to them and was not authorized by me.   The response from Vitadox is a copy/paste response that does not address the initial complaint.  I did not authorize them to use my information, the information is my home/personal information and not a business address/phone and the descriptions of what services I would provide as a therapist are incorrect and for many reasons this is unethical.  I would like my personal information removed from their site.  Posting the information as they have is dangerous for me, my family and the public seeking mental health services.  Additionally, the information listed in the ***** registry is not the information listed on the Vitadox website. My business information is listed in the ***** and it is my personal information that is on the Vitadox website and they have misrepresented my scope of practice.

  Vitadox is using NPPEs website information that was removed from the public. I do not want my personal address accessible on the internet. I want my address and phone number removed. The registry deleted my personal information months ago. This is dangerous several complaints are out against Vitadox stop posting our information we did not authorize this.
