      I have been asking, calling, emailing, reporting to BBB for over a year for the Saver Mailers to STOP being sent to my house. They claim every time they will stop, but here we are again, with the mailer shoved inside of my bushes, leaving gaping holes. WHAT WILL IT TAKE FOR THE MAILERS TO STOP?! How many times must I ask? Do I need to sell my kidney in order to make them stop?! Sit outside my house 24/7 and wait for the person who delivers them to let them know to STOP IT!

      Thank you for reaching out to us regarding the removal of address *********************************, from our HomePros Guide monthly mailings.
      It is never our intention to mail our product to residents that have no need for it.

      We did confirm that this address was part of our mailing list and have taken steps to remove it from all future mailings. Please note: Because of the timing of our mail list purchases,there will be 1 last mailing delivered to the address (estimated delivery in late August) before this address will no longer receive our publication. 

      In addition, we have looked further into this request and were unable to find any previous communication regarding the removal of this address (email or voicemail). However, there is another mailer in this same area under the name of Save, which the resident may have been contacting in error.


      We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused the resident.   

      This should close this matter.

      Home Pros Guide (saveon.com) do not update their mailing lists with DO NOT MAIL requests.

      To whom it may concern,

      Thank you for reaching out to us regarding the removal of address ************************************* ***********, IL ***** from our HomePros Guide monthly mailings.
      It is never our intention to mail our product to residents that have no need for it.

      We did confirm that this address was submitted to us to be removed back on May 11th and should have no longer been part of our mailings within ***** days of that notification. We will be doing a follow-up with our list provider to confirm that this address has already been removed.

      If for some reason this address was somehow not removed, this can be done for our upcoming mailer, estimated to deliver Oct 10th.
      *Please note that this address may still receive our August & September mailers (est. 8/15 and 9/12 deliveries) because these have already been processed for mailing.

      We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused the resident.
