    They did an amazing job! I had them transport my truck (which is my baby) from ******, ** to ************, **. My truck was picked up and delivered perfectly!!! I would recommend them to anyone. And I would definitely use them again!!!

    Excellent communication, professional, competitive pricing, and always answered our calls and had an answer for our questions. Ive used them twice, both enclosed trailers, and Ill use them again.

    Absolutely no communication at all with anyone. You have no idea when the car will get picked up or delivered. Even when you call, no one responds. Would never use them again- worst experience ever and the most expensive of the transport companies

    I had a great experience with Montway. I was quickly assigned a carrier named Continental Autoshipping (thank you ******* and *****!). I would use Montway again. They were prompt and communicative through emails.

    This experience with your company who is supposed to be the highest rated company has been nothing but a nightmare. The customer support number I've called maybe six times with wait time up to 15 minutes and never have received a knowledgeable answer. I did talk to one supervisor once who I thought was going address my problems. My vehicle is supposed to be picked up today. I spoke to the Carrier who told me that it might not be in till tomorrow, but he would get back to me that was four hours ago. It is now 6:10 PM and no call back yet. I originally contacted him around 2:30 this afternoon. The sales agent that I booked service with I've called twice and left messages and never got a reply. The shipping detail page was last updated on the 21st of July. The estimated pick up date is 23 July. There's been no change and my car was never picked up. I have no one else I can contact.

    This is the 2nd time I have used such a service, the first time ************* to ******* was Excellent, however, this second time FAR SURPASSED Excellent, and landed in the PERFECT category!!! Overnight, my special little SUV went from ******* to **************...... The Driver was on time practically to within ten minutes! I could swear the vehicle had a smile on its bumper when they drove up to my new home. I utilized the complimentary 100lbs on the back seat for a very wobbly, old chandelier which also arrived totally unscathed. Not an expensive item but one with big sentimental value. Couldn't recommend everyone in the team more!!

    They tell you door to door service but driving 40 mins away from my door is not door to door service. When I called and asked them about this policy they stated that door to door means door to door. When I pressed them for a discount, I had to call back multiple times within a month only to be told that the carrier they used AJA Transportation would not provide them with a discount so I would not get any money back. This is not how you take care of a repeat customer. I will go elsewhere next time.

    To clarify, Montways door-to-door service means the carrier will attempt to pick up and deliver as close to the provided addresses as safely and legally possible. This policy is not hiddenit is clearly outlined on our website and in the booking materials. In cases where local restrictions such as narrow streets, low-hanging trees, or HOA rules prevent a large transport truck from accessing your exact location, alternate nearby locations may be required for pickup or delivery.

    We understand your frustration regarding the distance involved and appreciate your repeated business. While the carrier did not authorize a discount in this case, your feedback has been noted and shared with our team to help improve the customer experience.     Our issue lies in the cargo. Prior to booking, we saw the cargo compliance clause in the terms and conditions and informed our ***resentative, ***** ******, that we are traveling healthcare workers and travel with multiple bags, most likely over 100lbs per car. We asked twice whether or not this would be an issue and were assured both times that we could each have 100lbs of cargo in the trunk/backseat areas up to window level, and if the cargo exceeded 100lbs, it would be $1 per pound additional charge per car. Not once was there ever mention of an upper weight limit, nor was there mention that there would be a chance that the carrier they contracted would not be able to handle the extra cargo. Long story short, they contracted a small carrier that could not fit our cargo, despite us notfying our *** and notifying the company on the booking portal ahead of time that we would be overweight. The cars had to be shipped with half of our items in them, without even weighing them to check whether or not wed be in compliance. We called both Montway and the carrier to discuss this issue, and they each diverted blame, pointing fingers at each other with Montway saying sometimes these things happen, despite their previous assurance. Montway stated our only other option was to not accept the carrier, but then they could no longer guarantee our pick-up date (that we had paid the premium for) in trying to find a new carrier. Seeing as Montway was the one to give us this information, we escalated the issue to the supervisor, who then stated the best he could do was offer a $100 dollar discount, with no further explanation. This does not begin to cover the cost of what shipping the rest of our items will be. I attempted to get ahold of ***** and he has yet to return my calls. Extremely disappointing to say the least, with slimy business tactics to boot. A refund that will cover the estimated cost of us shipping those items is the least they could do. Never again.

    To clarify, Montway Auto Transport operates as a vehicle transport broker and facilitates shipments between customers and licensed motor carriers. While we do our best to communicate general guidelines and assist with specific needs, personal item transport is ultimately at the carriers discretion and subject to Department of Transportation regulations. As outlined in our terms and conditionsavailable on our website and provided during the booking processcarriers typically allow up to 100 lbs. of personal items confined to the trunk or backseat area below window level. Anything beyond that may be declined or subject to additional fees, depending on the equipment and space available.

    We understand you disclosed your needs in advance and were advised of the standard overage pricing. However, carriers have the right to refuse excess cargo beyond what their equipment or insurance permitseven when prior notice is given. We regret that the assigned carrier was unable to accommodate the full load, and we acknowledge that this caused unexpected inconvenience, especially given your travel schedule.

    While a goodwill discount was offered, we understand it may not have met your expectations. Please know that your feedback has been shared with management for further evaluation, and well continue to improve our communication and handling of unique transport needs.
